Comfortable, classy looking sandals
For many years I bought sandals that I wound up throwing away because they would always be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time or would cut into my foot. Comfort and sandals were two different things to me.This my first Franco Sarto purchase, and these are the first sandals I bought that are very comfortable to wear. I've already worn them a few times and no cuts, no blisters and no foot aches! They have cushioning and the leather is very soft. The closing is double Velcro so you don't have to spend a few minutes putting them on, and the Velcro is well hidden.They also look really nice. They can be dressed up or down, so they can be paired with a lot of outfits. I worn them casually with shorts and a tee-shirt and I've worn them on an evening out.Really happy with this purchase

Too narrow
Gorgeous shoe, heard from a former flight attendant that Franco Sarto had comfy shoes, however too narrow for me. I tried on a size 8.5 M, 8.5 W and a size 9, all of which were too snug. I typically wear a size 9 women's shoe US although am a 8.5 W.

Tight and uncomfortable
These sandals look great, but they are not real leather and the manmade toe strap rubs uncomfortably pretty soon after you put them on. The material is unforgiving and felt tight even though I was wearing my normal size
