Comfortable slip-on shoes with no-tie laces. I appreciate the wide toe box because my feet are on the wider side and there were no half sizes. The back is extra padded where you slip in your heel which leads to more comfort, which is a nice touch. These a great quality shoes they are lightweight and comfortable to wear all day long even on tired feet. They could use more anti skid/slip resistance on the bottom. When I first put them on I slipped, so I took them outside and roughed them up. Them seem safe now. A bit more padding in the sole could be good too.Pros: slip-on; wide toe box, padded back heel, comfortable all day long; lightweight wear; breathableCons: Need more slip resistance for safety (I bought them as house shoes and had to wear them outside); not the most stylish; could use more support in sole and arch
(Disability note at the end of this review.)I normally wear a 7.5 (U.S. women’s) in shoes, boots, and sandals, unless the brand is known for sizing differently. I also sometimes share athletic shoes or sandals with my mom, who wears a 7. Our feet are the same size, but my toes are longer. Weird, I know.So when I was trying to decide what size to order on these (very comfy looking) shoes, which only come in whole sizes, I debated between the 7 and the 8. I probably could have gone either way, but I got the 8, and I’m glad I did. They give me enough room to feel like my feet aren’t being squeezed. I can wear the thick cushiony socks with them. I can pull the elastic laces a bit tighter if they feel loose, and they breathe! So far, the quality seems good, and I haven’t had any issues with slipping. I would not recommend these if you need a specifically “slip-resistant” shoe, because the material the soles are made of is not the best for that. These shoes are made with a cheaper sole/tread than what I normally buy, and it will definitely wear down more quickly. But I do not anticipate going on any long hiking expeditions or working a warehouse job in these shoes, so the materials are sufficient for my more limited needs.Disability note: Here’s the deal with these shoes. No laces to tie! The elastic laces are simple and you can pull them tighter if you want, but you don’t have to tie them. Nor do you have to mess with them much to put on or take off. They slip on with only a little effort, and off with even less. Also, they’re very light and breathable. The sole/tread isn’t the highest quality, but it is very lightweight. And If you have mobility issues and do limited walking or you need a pair of shoes for around the house and yard, the weight of your shoes may be more important, and these are very light and easy to wear.I give these shoes my chronic illness stamp of approval for comfort, ease, and casual use.
These shoes are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day. The material feels breathable, making them great for warm weather or outdoor activities. The cushioned sole provides good support, and they have a soft, flexible feel that makes walking or standing for long periods much easier. The fit in size 9 was spot on, not too tight or loose. The mesh upper dries quickly and doesn’t trap heat, which is nice for travel, casual wear, or even working around the yard. The grip on the bottom feels solid, especially on wet or uneven ground. They look clean and simple, and the black color matches just about anything. After several wears, they’ve held up well with no signs of wear or separation at the seams. Overall, these are comfortable, well made, and worth the price if you want a versatile lightweight shoe for daily use or light outdoor activity.
These shoes are very comfortable, feel very well made, were very easy to put on and fit true to size. The shoe laces are a bit awkward for me, but that may be a stylistic preference. They’re a little wide at the top third, which coupled with the short lacing makes them look a little odd on my foot. They’re very breathable and comfortable even without socks. No spots where the shoe rubs and because they’re very light, they’d work well as a summer light hiking shoe. My feet felt very cool in them, with or without a thin sock. The only real downside for me is the lacing, and how that impacts the look of the shoe. This price is comparable with with other similar brands, though this brand is less well-known to me.
These are comfortable shoes. They are as snug as I expect new shoes to be, and shouldn't stretch to the point of falling off.The color is basic, dull beige. They won't win any prizes for their looks. That's fine with me. The laces are fine. They are elastic. I don't believe they are supposed to be adjusted, and they are certainly not supposed to be tied. They don't need to stretch for my feet. It doesn't matter because the shoe is nice and snug without them. They will not annoy me, and that's what I'm most concerned about. These are functional. Those of you who are more interested in looks or fashion will know from the picture whether or not they suit your needs. They should keep my feet safe, so I'm happy.
The shoes I received are just as pictured and described. They are a very nice quality and very comfortable when wearing. I absolutely love a good slip on shoe and these have been wonderful so far. I look forward to wearing these on a daily basis and seeing how they hold up overtime.
