I really love these boots. They’re comfortable— and they fit! I have a really wide foot with a high arch. I usually have to remove the sole. I didn’t in these. They seem to be well made. I think I might purchase a second set just because
Great Quality boots! Unfortunately, for me, the 'pull-on/ cowboy boot' version of this avenger boot doesn't work with my feet. I ended up returning this pair and replacing it with the lace-up version of the Avenger boot. If cowboy style doesn't work for you, try the lace-up version. I really wish the cowboy style would have worked with my feet but at least the lace-up version provides what I was looking for.
They’re super tight even though I got a bigger and wider size. They arrived two weeks late.
This is going to be my second pair. I use both the SOLE plantar whatever insole (have for years. If I don't have it, it feels like a nail is being driven into my heel after a few hours, regardless of footwear) and whatever generic cushion they provide.I've used this combo in many other boots.Hands down the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. Last pair lasted me about a year before it started being obvious I need new boots. I can still wear them and work in them fine. However they've succumbed to the wear.I work a hard job on boots. I do concrete. I do the screed for my crew so I'm on my hands and knees the toe is still in perfect shape.It's actually the sole I guess, that's started to deteriorate. The rubber has split at the stitching on the top of the sole? That marked the beginning of the end.I've had boots that last twice as long.. not nearly as comfortable though.I write this review after a 24 straight shift doing concrete, tearing out whole sections of road, walking on piles of broken concrete all night. My boots are at their end, and my feet don't still don't hurt, everything else does... Do with that information that you will.
Only had them for 2 weeks but so far they are very comfortable and seem to be a better boot than I was expecting for the price.
Due to the composite toe I ordered a 13 4E instead of a 12 4E for my husband for Christmas and they fit perfectly and he says they are very comfortable! I don’t think he’s taken them off since he unwrapped them. Thank you outdoor equipped for your fast service and a nice good boot! They seem to be very good quality and should last him a while.
