First off, these run large! I have small feet and normally wear a 6.5 or 7 size depending on the shoe. I got these in a 6. Now, I did try a larger size first. It actually seemed more comfortable in the heel than the size 6. I've had them since May and walk on concrete all night long for my job. I was hoping the heel would break in better but they don't seem to be. When I get up from breaks I have to limp off the pain of the heels unfortunately. They are definitely doing something to the tendons(that are now beginning to burn a bit without wearing them).I do love the style and they are waterproof which I need for my job. I can't say much about the safety toe as this is my first pair I've ever had, but my pinky toes are not under the safety part. The rest seem maybe half under? This could be due to the fit being way too large. So unfortunately I'm going to have to find different shoes. (They do seem to be holding up real well wear wise too though I did add extra padding after a bit because that part didn't last long.)
I work in landscape and I bought these 3 years ago and just now had to buy another pair! They are VERY comfortable, waterproof and very durable! I even wear them in the winter with wool socks and they are warm too. I highly recommend these boots for women. They’re awesome boots!
I work at a scrap metal yard and bought these for the puncture resistance and was hoping they would be comfortable for being on my feet all day. While they are super light weight and feel almost like I’m wearing tennis shoes, my feet were super sore by the end of the day which is why I only did 4 stars. The nice thing is if you need puncture resistance, the plate is sewn into the boot and not the insole, so you can swap out the insoles for something with more support or cushion. I typically wear womens 8 but almost always buy my boots half size up and in wide. They did not have wides so I went with the regular 8.5s and they had plenty of toe room. If you have your own insoles then these would probably work out great for you.
I bought these for work in August of 2022. Since then I’ve worked in them recovering from hurricane Ian, hurricane Helene, and hurricane Milton. They have been in slippery sea mud leftover from storm surge, flood water, hurricane debris that had rusted nails and other unseen sharp objects. They have been keeping my feet dry and safe I don’t leave home without wearing them in evacuations. I can’t tell you how happy I am with them and hope to keep enjoying them for years to come, hopefully without the hurricanes!
Kind of big
