Dressy waterproof shoes
When I opened the box and saw these shoes I honestly forgot how special they were. The just look like shiny patent leather penny loafers. I reread the description and was even more impressed with them. They are well made.When I first put them on, I had no real support for my high arches. Fortunately, I had just gotten another pair of arch support innersoles that fit my feet perfectly. I inserted them in the shoes and tried them again. I'm so used to really supportive sneakers that it took awhile to adjust to walking in these shoes. I have worn them several times now and the upper portion over my toes has relaxed some and the shoes are not so stiff. I wore them to dinner out today and received compliments on how nice they looked. So, yes they are waterproof for wearing on a rainy day or working in the garden, but they're also good for going out and about town.I feel these will last and are really great for wearing for different scenarios. Good looking, but a bit rough on the back of my feet
These shoes look dressy, and yet they are great waterproof garden shoes. I love that I can go take care of my miniature donkeys and then immediately hop in the truck and go to the store and look presentable. But despite ordering my normal size, the back of the shoe is going to take some breaking in and is rubbing against the back of my foot. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a pair of shoes that threatened to give me blisters. But I’ll keep trying to break them in for longer wear since they’re so useful.

Slim but comfortable, quality shoes
I’m not sure I would consider these gardening shoes. They look more like dress shoes. They are a little slim for those of us with wide feet, but I still feel like they fit well.They are comfortable and versatile and would be easy to clean. I suppose they do function
These shoes are interesting. They are very shiney in a plastic way. They appear to be molded or covered in a thick gloss and the only leather-like part I found was a small edging around the heel. This is likely the waterproofing effect. I cant figure out what the sole is made out of but it is some kind of foam with a paper-like covering. There is a carved out section in the heel underneath the insert. They are not particularly comfortable, but may be good for short periods in the snow or ice or when watering—both cases waterproof boots or rainboots may be better for anyway.
