one of very few I've seen with this level of adjustability, if that is what you need look no further
I got these as I have plantar fasciitis and I was hoping they would help out with that. I cannot say if they do or do not help prevent this from occurring, I Can say that the adjustable nature means that you can order these true to your shoe size and if too big or small, adjust them with the velcro on the top and heel. as for the comfort, I would say they are a step down from dearfoam slippers, not as comfortable as I'd like. Don't get me wrong, they are comfortable, but not as comfortable as the last pair of dearfoams I was replacing with these.All of these slippers eventually need replacing, either as you squish the foam into oblivion, or wear them out. I like that they have a solid sole as it makes it really handy when you have to step outside to know that the concrete is not going to shred the bottom of your slippers.They also are really good at picking up fur, I provided a couple of images for that, this is just from walking around in them for a week, none of my animals have lain on them or otherwise rubbed against them. Not really bad, but if you have a very furry floor, they will collect it.My wife thinks they are extraordinarily ugly and plans to get me a replacement pair for slippers for christmas... I don't mind them, I leave them loose enough to slip on and off, although I have to stick a finger in the back to keep the flap in there from bunching up and I don't normally look at my feet, so the looks don't bother me.I would like to see some thicker padding on the bottoms, and an elastic back instead of flaps to make it a bit more comfortable. but otherwise I think they are a pretty good pair of slippers.

Adjustable and Comfortable, but Not the Best Value
These slippers are fine overall, and the adjustability is definitely their strongest feature. If you specifically need the hook and loop fit because of swelling or bandages, they work well and are easy to get on and off. The cushioning is decent and the sole has good grip, but the overall build feels like something you can find cheaper, and spending a few more dollars would get you something nicer. They’re functional and comfortable enough, just not the best value unless the adjustable design is the main thing you need.

Worked for my situation
I can tell where these can be beneficial for someone with some kind of feet problem that needs to be addressed.For me I had a quick toenail surgery by my doc and needed something that would accommodate the bandages. The adjustment in these slippers worked great allowing me to have some protection of my feet while at the same time giving a little comfort.That being said, they were simply too loose for me, the adjustment in the back and front was frustrating, however I did not take any stars off because that is the purpose of the slippers. I hope I will never need them, but in other situations I can tell where the adjustment can be helpful.One main dislike I had is you have to look closely at how these are put on what foot. Its easy to get them on the wrong foot and that can create a little pain until you realize it. I always had to turn them over to see the curve in the sole of the slipper to tell which foot it was for before putting it on my foot. Other than that, it was just an annoyance.
