Very nice
I caught these on sale and well worth the price. I added felted wool inserts (locally sourced) for extra winter warmth and extra cushioning on the ball of the foot. The tread is great for muddy slippery terrain. Easy on and off. Fits true to size for the most part (roomy). Ordered my normal size which allowed for enough room for thick socks and wool inserts without it being too tight (only slightly snug but still do-able). Also comfortable without socks as a quick slip on to run outside in the middle of the night to walk the dog. Overall very happy. Fits nice. Shoes are comfy. Inside is super soft! The rubber part has enough give/elasticity to not hurt my feet (and sorta mold to my feet) or cause spots that rub while still being thick and sturdy enough to make for a good farm shoe (no worries about twisted ankles or something going thru the shoe like a nail). I wouldn’t want to walk city streets for miles and miles in these (about the same comfort level as ballet style dress shoes) but for doing quick farm and garden chores or walking the dog they are perfect! Also nice to wear to the car (muddy yard and gravel/dirt roads) and then switch to “city shoes” when you get into “town”. Perfect for my needs! They are now my go to shoes.
