Quality Boot
This is a quality boot. Leather is soft and pliable, the sole of the boot moves with my foot. Heel height is comfortable and boots are quiet when walking. My normal shoe size is 8 to 8.5 medium to wide. This boot is a medium width and I ordered an 8.5. Toe box area is generous - no issues with tightness. Having a wide foot with a narrow heel, so many boots/shoes slip off my heels when they are wide enough for my foot. Not with this boot - the stockinet around the top holds everything in place. Note - boot is made in Viet Nam.

Beautiful boots
These boots are really beautiful. The leather is excellent quality, looks expensive and style is adorable. I thought I might not like the brown leather strip on the black leather boots, but it adds a little detail if you are wearing a dress and if you wear cropped jeans, you don't even see it. They run slightly large. I wear a 6 1/2-7 wide and 6 1/2 fit me well with a little room for thicker socks.

This brand used to be comfortable.
These boots look nice but the quality is disappointing. They are not at all padded and feel like you are barefoot walking on cement.They run true to size. They are very uncomfortable and not at all why I bought this brand.

GREAT boots — just the wrong color
These boots are great-looking and so comfortable... but nowhere near the color shown. They're more of an elephant gray, and several shades lighter than expected. That said, I love them and plan to keep them.
