Most comfortable work boot I've ever bought
These quickly became the best work boots I have purchased. I bought my first pair from a local boot supply house that I get a work discount from mostly because of the look (if I'm being honest). After trying them on I knew I had to have them so I purchased them and began working out of them. The leather is very thick and takes a beating very well, and I can't speak to the natural waterproof side of the boots as I immediately treated them with mink oil but I can say I haven't had any issues as a plumber who's constantly in wet environments. If you've never bought logger boots before, these are heavier than your normal boot. I could see some people not liking that but to me it feels like I'm putting on armored boots which I like for work. The laces even seem to be of a high, rugged quality. I loved these boots so much that when I saw Amazon had a sale on my size I went ahead and bought a second pair for everything outside of work. My work pair is patina'ing well. In a few more months time I think they will look particularly good. Break in felt almost nonexistent in these boots as they are larger and the sole is comfortable out of the box.For the price of this boot, I couldn't be any happier.

Vibram soul definitely worth the money
Somewhat large, but i have to get specific inserts for them so my arch and the rest of my foot is positioned correctly. I have another pair without the Vibram that were stretched out a bit but the soul cracked across the width. Vibram is the best soul to get so I'm hoping I'll get several years out of this pair.

Uncomfortable
The pegs where the laces go up you leg are so uncomfortable that they literally bruised my leg after wearing them around the house for an hour or so. Terrible design
