Great boots at a great price!
I have been wearing Ariat work boots for going on 3 years. I usually wear my boots 8-12 hours a day so they have to be comfortable and tough. I needed some new boots, but didn't want to spend over $200 on another pair of Ariat's, and was wanting something different. I was skeptical even after researching for days as to weather or not I would be happy with my decision. When they came in I tried them on that night. They felt great super supportive yet felt like I could wear them for days. The only real thing I noticed that I was concerned about was getting them on and off was more of a struggle than my Ariat's.. My Ariat's were a year old, but I thing its the circumference of the boot shaft is smaller. I haven't tested the waterproof ability yet, but other than that I recommend these without a doubt and will be buying another pair when these are done.

I’ve been wearing these boots every day for two months, and the fabric in the heel is already completely blown out on the right boot. The left boot is about to follow. I can’t even put them on without the liner folding under my heel, which makes them extremely uncomfortable.This is incredibly disappointing because these Athens Georgia boots used to be my absolute favorite pair. They were the most comfortable thing I ever put on my feet, and nobody else sells a steel-toed, waterproof, non-slip, fiberglass-shank, pull-on boot that fit the same niche. They used to be perfect.But whatever they’ve done to their quality, it’s gone downhill fast.A work boot that can’t survive two months of daily wear isn’t a work boot, it’s a disposable fashion item wearing a work-boot costume.I wanted these to last. I wanted to keep buying them. But there’s no excuse for this level of durability on a boot at this price. I’m not going to be buying them again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone who actually depends on their footwear to work as hard as they do.

Most comfortable boots ever!!!
I bought these for work cause they're water proof, slip resistant, and steel toed. They looked like they'd hold up in the mud and occasional concrete.These boots look even better than the pictures, fit purfect, and are the absolute most comfortable pair of boots I own! Happy Husband! Happy Wife.
So, my husband wanted new Georgia boots to replace his old ones that were on their way out. He is a “working man” and needs HIGH quality, yet comfortable boots. If he doesn’t like a pair of boots, he WILL NOT continue to wear them. I knew there was no way to get around ordering these boots but I was nervous of the cost. Thank God for Amazon bc these boots are usually close to $200 in retail stores! After reading the reviews, I was stressing that we may get a “faulty” pair, or something would be off with the boots. I took a leap of faith and they are... perfect! My hubby was so happy (he asked for them for Christmas) and he COULD NOT believe I got them at such a great deal! I was a little nervous about ordering the wide-fit, but they were significantly cheaper- (the ones he already had were M or regular I think) and he said the wide fit “just fine”. We honestly couldn’t tell any difference. I added photos so you can see the quality and compare them to the ones that come from retail stores. We hit a home run with these!!

Falls apart quickly
These boots seemed great at first but they have been falling apart very quickly the last couple of months. The fabric in th back of the boot by the heel tore open and the heel insert started ro bend over stabbing me in the foot. I eventually had to cut out the heel piece and put some tape in the back to keep it from tearing my skin above the heel. I also had to cut out most of the liner as it would hang up on my heel while trying to take the boots off.I'm a tig welder so most of my work is done sitting down inside a shop. Very little hard use on these cheap boots.

Best comfort for the work personally.
This is my second pair of these boots. I do electrical work and for standing on concrete all day and for working on ladders most of the time these seem like a good balance for comfort and durability. First pair were a rounded toe and not this style, but they don't make the rounded toe anymore. Ordered a 13W, like my other shoes and boots, and it was way to big. My foot was slipping out. I returned and exchanged for a 13M.

Water proofing fails after a month or two of frequent use
I bought these for my boyfriend last October, now it is March. I wanted to give him some time to use them so the review is honest.The shows are beautiful, and at first seemed great. But within a month the water proofing began to fail by the seams. . Having dry feet is extremely important, and the shoes said they were water proof. At this time, March, the shoes have no water resistance at all and it’s now our rainy season.I would never buy them again due to that
