Great shoe -- slightly small toe box
I bought these shoes for use with my gravel bike. Similar to another reviewer I gave them a 10-mile test -- paved roads, flat to hilly, averaging about 15 mph. Pros: Very well-made; cleats are slightly inset, making walking easy; BOAs are perfect; great transfer of power through soles; very cool looking. Cons: The toe box is slightly small. I wear a 41 (size 9) and the widest part of my toe box is 4". After 7 miles, my toes started to fall asleep. But I really think after I break them in a bit more they will be just fine. (I'm not sure what the 'W' stands for in the product description, but it's not wide! Last con, the cleat has very little lateral clearance but I had no trouble clipping in, but have to be a bit more aggressive clipping out. Lastly, I did not test waterproofness but they appear very repellant.

Nice shoe, size 40 for a size 8 regular shoe
Overall nice clip in shoe. I use spd clips (not included). They are a little narrow in the toe-box. So if you have wide feet, these may not be for you. I have over 200 miles with these and they've been great. I wear an 8 shoe and bought size 40.

Too narrow and you won't know until you try on to ride
It was incorrect "Giro Rincon W Women's Mountain Cycling Shoes" but the shoes is too narrow and I won't know until I wore it to ride. it is hurting my side after 10 miles ride. I sent email to buyer , never get reply.
