This cycling shoe is the first I’ve ever worn that is comfortable. The toe box is really wide and I can walk around normally when not on the bike. Compared to competitor options, these are cheap. I’ve used them extensively and the build quality is great. They’re built to last.
Use these shoes for my Schwinn IC4 and could not be happier. Tried 3 other brands and this was definitely the most comfortable. Fit is true to sizing and the shoe overall is not too bulky with no cramping or tightness in the toe box. The boa laces are a dream to take the shoe on and off. Adjusting the tightness is extremely easy and I see these lasting a very very long time. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for. If you’re serious about spinning/cycling, this is a top notch shoe.
I like the shoes and got them a half size down like they recommend. They work well for my daily indoor riding but longer outdoor distances I find they make my feet numb. I don't have this issue with my old bontranger shoes. I suspect maybe I need to go a size up but I'm not really certain. Just something to consider if you buy these.
I wear Giro almost exclusively. Shoes, helmets, clothing, and I know each piece of kit will fit the same. I love the consistency and comfort. This was a bargain on sale for $86 and even though I didn't need another pair, I can use them for my indoor trainer. Same Crank Bros pedals on all three bikes makes it easy to switch shoes.
Runs small
I've tried many different bike shoes for my MTB and these are by far my favorites. I like the comfortable fit, the ease of taking them on and off, the sturdiness while riding, and while less important, they're not bad to walk in for short distances. All of this at a pretty reasonable price.
