Great, nice looking, truly waterproof sandals, that are good for walking long distances. Easy and fast to put on and take off. They do take a day to dry if they are soaked, though. I would buy these again but I got them in the Mainland and they won't ship to Hawaii. What's up with that, Gold Pigeon?? Charge extra shipping!

Ordered the sandals for my son, he loves them, says they are very comfortable. I wouldn't normally give a shoe of any kind a 5 star rating without owning for a while to test the longevity - at this point I'd give 3/4 stars because my son really likes them. The company earned 5 stars for stellar customer service. I ordered the wrong size originally, the sandals came on 4/6, he tried them on and they were huge, looked to be two sizes too big (my fault, I ordered that size). We are leaving on vacation 4/13, so I intended on just buying another pair in the correct size and worrying about returning the big ones after we got back - but this item is not Prime eligible, and there was not an expedited shipping option on Amazon - their exchange procedure would have taken too long - I had to have sandals for our cruise. I called the company directly and I was shocked at their response - the woman I spoke with was awesome, incredible customer service. She actually had me take a picture of the too big sandals on his feet and text it to her so she could verify how much smaller he needed - she called me back in 5 minutes. I explained the situation and she offered to send me the new sandals before I returned the originals, without having to pay again, and she would send expedited delivery and include a return envelope for the original sandals. I received the new pair 4/8, in less than 48 hours! The new pair fit perfectly due to the picture I sent her and the original pair is in the mail back to them today. Many thanks for conducting business "above and beyond" expectations.

Good thick sole but thats really it.
I must say for someone that walks 5 miles to work one way, I liked these sandals. The potential is there, but the heel strap design is really stupid. Just doesn't feel tight, no matter what I do. The removable heel strap is a gimmick. Why would someone ever want to do that? If you want flip fops, get flip fops. I also did get blisters from the middle and front straps rubbing on my skin. However this could of been a user error on my part, as in maybe I had it to loose.Gold Pigeon, please make the heel strap non-removable. Make it proper.
