They are almost like going barefoot, but provide just a bit of protection and lots of traction. They don't have 1/2 sizes. I wear an 8-1/2 shoe, and these in size 8 fit fine. Practically worthless!

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and purchased these shoes, believing the advertisement, that they would help relieve my pain. Well, that didn’t happen at all! There’s absolutely no arch support whatsoever. The material is not even cut properly around the tongue (see pic). It looks like someone just cut it real fast with a pair of bad scissors! Plus, the material is so thin, I feel like if I pull on them too hard everything will rip apart. I’m going to keep them for water shoes… not sure how they will hold up once they’re all wet.
