Stylish and Supportive, with Comfortable Cushioning
I'm not sure if the thin sole tread is marathon-durable, but I wouldn't hesitate to use these for more modest running distances. The upper fabric and foam cushioning is comfortable yet supportive, with neutral pronation. These shoes also would be a good choice for long walks or daily casual wear, since the black fabric with dark purple accents and white soles looks sporty and stylish. The tread depth is shallow but sufficient for wet/dry flooring and pavement. But it wouldn't provide optimal traction for trail running or hiking, unless the terrain is flat and smooth (like at the beach).The sizing chart is accurate, though a little confusing. I normally wear a Men's US 9, which typically is an EU 42 or 42.5, but in this shoe is a 43. The pair received definitely fits like a 9 medium, in both length and width of the forefoot and heel areas. The fabric upper is thick and tightly woven, yet provides good breathability. Aside from the thin tread, overall quality and anticipated durability seem to be good, as is the comfort.
