Works magic for my many foot issues
Love, love, LOVE these shoes! I don't know what took so long to learn about them but I'm sold on them now. I am so appreciative of all the reviews, I am going to make mine as detailed as possible too. I'm not sure how I got so lucky but I have bilateral foot issues; arthritis, neuropathy, neuromas, possible falling arches or just plain plantar fasciitis. Sitting, standing, walking or sleeping---I am always aware of pain in my feet. I have average arch height, the arch support in these is terrific for me. I also have wide, mismatched size feet & normally wear 7.5 - 8 (38/39 European). I took the advice of many reviewers and ordered the smaller size 38. At first, I thought they were going to be too small but after just 3 days of wearing for a few hours each day, everything fell into place...almost. I think I could stand a little more length (I can see how the toes might wear a hole after a while) so next pair I order will be 39. And there WILL be a next pair soon. The width seems fine, especially barefoot, but again, I could probably go up a size, just because my feet are different sizes and widths and they swell occasionally. It took a while to "get it" but for me, arch placement is key. I also have arthritis in my hands so the ease to slip on & off is fabulous. As of today, they are my new favorites. I think they are more comfortable than my Danskos but not as soft as my Alegrias (my other favorite). They are also not as clunky or heavy as the Alegrias which is why I have hardly taken them off since they arrived a week ago. Yes. Just one week and I am in love. My in-laws gifted me with an Amazon card and these are the best gift ever. E.V.E.R!Note: The shoes I received have a beige sole vs the black sole as shown in the photo. I read this in other reviews but it wasn't a deal breaker for me and doesn't affect the quality or craftsmanship OR the look of the shoe. Personally, I like the disappearing sole. So if the black sole is important to you, message the seller first or just don't buy them but don't say you haven't been warned.

Amazing arch and durability
I'm reading reviews of slippers, trying to find a supportive slipper for my elderly mom, all the while wearing these clogs that I purchased 6 years ago. The wool has separated at the back of my foot, and I've worn down the sole a little. I can't bear to toss these slippers even though I have a new pair in my closet. I wear these constantly when I'm home, and I'm home a lot. I don't travel without them, and I've worn these to appointments, forgetting that I had on my indoor shoes. I get foot pain and stress fractures when I wear flat shoes, and these and my Chaco sandals are the most supportive and comfortable shoes/slippers that I have found. I have a short, wide foot, and I wrote that they're a little large because I know that it's hard to find a shoe that fits me. They fit my wide foot, and the arch strikes my foot perfectly, taking the pressure off stress fractures in the front of my foot. I just had to leave a review that these are worth the money. Once you get the size right, they'll continue to form to your feet and give you amazing support. Six years is a long time!

Comfy and cute
I love these shoes. I have high arches and small feet. It's hard to find comfy shoes that are cute. These are my new favorites. I've worn Dansko shoes for years. I find Haflinger clogs provide the same level of support and comfort but are much warmer.

Absolutely love!!
This is my third pair of Haflinger slippers and I love them. They have arch support that fit my feet perfectly. In my experience (with the previous two pairs I have had) they last about 10 years wearing indoors only and most days of the year, which I think is pretty unusual. After about nine years the bottoms have cracked and the felt tops have gotten holes in them. I think it is probably due to the way I bend down, so this might not be the same for everyone.

Love love them but a bit wide and wobbly
I was wearing socks with my birkenstock florida sandals and it's getting too cold for that. I researched like crazy between these and birks with shearling - in fact, had a quick chance to try those on and felt like it wasn't for me. Decided to go with these Haflinger wool and I love them. They look great and I would have given them 5 stars but, in truth, they are kind of wide. If Haflinger ever gets into a narrow version, I'll give them all 5 starts. They will be perfect for wearing all winter in our Brooklyn house to keep my toes warm and my arches happy but I can't wear them out and walking because the too-wide nature of them make them a bit floppy for me. I'm an 8 1/2 and the 39 is perfect in length. Also, they are so light on my feet. My husband and daughter just loved this navy blue combo pattern.

Perfect!
These fit perfectly and have excellent arch support. They are extremely comfortable. I normally wear a size 7 and purchased these in a 37. They are saving my feet. After wearing them for one day, I no longer have pain.
