Breathable, Warm, Comfortable!
As an avid Birkenstock wearer, I was looking for a warm winter alternative to my summer go-to's.These Haflingers are sized exactly like Birks - I wear a 9, so I ordered a euro 40 and they're perfect. I can wear cashmere socks with them, and they feel great. They're very warm without being stifling and double as my house shoes, which has been perfect on cold wooden floors as well as for a walk down to get the mail. The rubber sole is surprisingly grippy, so I imagine these would do well in snowy regions, though they're great for our mild-though-wet winters in Alabama too. I can see why people continue purchasing these, as they are versatile, comfortable, breathable, and classically attractive in a boho Scandinavian cozy fireside kind of way. Love them, love them, love them. Definitely worth the purchase.

Happy Feet
Have wanted these forever! My mother had them years ago and I would always sneak out wearing them, lol. So, now that i'm all grown up, i decided to spend the money on a pair and see if they still fit they way I remembered...... YES, they fit like a glove. Comfortable, high arches, and keep my feet super warm with and without socks. I wear them everywhere. To the store, walking the dog, around the house, in the yard and they repel water (at least so far) and keep my feet dry and warm.

Made very well. Worth the money!
These are the 2nd pair that my daughter & I have had...we LOVE THEM!! They are so warm in the winter, you can wear them anywhere, after they get broke in (the foot beds are made of cork so they end up conforming to your foot), are the most comfortable shoe I own!!On the downside, they don't have 1/2 sizes. I usually wear an 8 1/2, but the 8s are too small & the 9s are a bit too big...I just wear thick socks & they're perfect! Also, I am trying to be vegan!! Since they're made of wool, I'm hoping the sheep that they come from are not harmed in the process!If they are, I will not purchase these again!!

Almost everything I’ve loved about Haflingers for years has been changed for the worse.
I’ve used Haflingers for house shoes for years and found them to be extremely comfortable, well made, and consistently sized. Previous pairs lasted easily 5 years, sometimes more. The current pair, only a year and a half old, is simply not the same quality. The toe has worn through the less dense felt upper in one, and the upper is separating from the sole in the other. The new beige outsole is almost worn down to the cork. The new unisex sizing feels sloppy on my foot, even at a size smaller than I’ve worn in the past. I’m hugely disappointed, as these are Haflingers in name only and comparable only in appearance to the older products. This will unfortunately be my last pair; I’ll be looking for a totally different brand for future house shoes.
