Lightweight and warm.
I love these slippers. They are great for indoor and light outdoor use, like bringing in the mail or out on the deck. They are lightweight and warm. I'm a diabetic and my feet tend to get cold. They don't constrict my ankles and I have worn them to bed. The sole is light enough that they feel like a pair of warm socks. I have not washed them yet because they don't seem to hold odors and I have other clog type slippers that I use during the week because they are easier to jump into in the morning when I'm still half asleep. These are my relaxing weekend slippers that I can wear all day when I plan on lazing around all day. I think I would hand wash them, as I don't know how they would hold up in the machine. I highly recommend them for their warmth and comfort.

They are actually big enough (barely)
Too often off brand clothes are garbage. These are OK though. They’re lined with foam (point against) but they’re cheap and reasonably warm (point for) so it all works out.

Warm, comfortable after breaking them in, but almost too small
I wear a size twelve shoe. These slippers in XX Large are barely large enough to fit. If I wore a twelve and a half, I'd have had to send them back.Once loosened up, I wore sock for a few days, they fit me rather well. They are warm and dry enough to walk the length of my driveway to retrieve the morning paper.

Very comfortable and warm
Would give 10 stars if I could....Very comfortable and warm.. Fit as expected in the sizing, I wear a 8 1/2 sneaker so bought the size medium and they fit well. Takes a minute to get used to as they are not tight around the heel so at first they feel a little loose but after a couple minutes they feel fine. Nice rubber sole keeps away the cold of cement basement floor.. Would recommend and probably buy again.

Solid, but a bit awkward, a tad stifling
In a sentence: a decent value for the price, these toasty slippers deliver on the promise of a warm house shoe with a rubber sole for quick outdoor trips, but fall short in a few areas.I was in the market for slippers after my trusty 10 year-old felted wool slippers from Austria fell apart. I was shocked to see felted wool slippers are, well, expensive, and sometimes gifts obscure the value of things. So, not yet prepared to invest fully in a new pair, I wanted to see what kind of slipper boot BIG SLIPPER had to offer. These "Slipper Boot House Shoes" had a promising name and some wild-sounding features ("FRESH IQ SOLE" lol), so for $20 USD I said "well, why not."Other reviewers are right: if you get these, get them a size up. My 11 1/2 feet fit well in a size XXL (12-13, I think). They are very warm: in fact, possibly too warm if you want to go sockless, as I often do in the winter months, because sometimes a man just wants to take his socks off. My feet even got a little sweaty: my conclusion was socks might be needed, which kind of sort of defeated the point of a slipper booty. But if you want warm, these are warm. The sole is solid enough for a trip to take out the trash. I haven't tested them in wet conditions yet, but I don't think these are going to protect you from even a modest puddle. I have no idea what the "memory foam" aspect of the shoe is referring to, but these are comfy, if a little stifling as previously noted. I don't know how durable they will end up being, but they appear solidly made.If you've read this far, I will now share the low points besides to too-warm warmness: they don't really look all that great. I chose "black" but it just sort of looks like that cheap gray/black carpet pile some businesses opt for to save on carpeting. Fashionable these ain't. Secondly, the tie and cinch system that closes the top of the booty is, er, inelegant. My felted wool slippers just had this goofy decorative cuff that said, "go on, stick your foot in here, it's cool". These kicks don't really have a true "boot" top, so I guess the tie/cinch is to stop them falling off of your feet while you are relaxing like a pro. Not the best feature. So that's it. Like slipper boots? Have cold feet? Don't want to spend a mint on some fancy slipper kicks? Maybe these could fit the bill.

Get at least one size larger
Bought these for my husband - he wears a 9.5-10 narrow so I got the large (Suppose to fit 9.5-10.5) He could not even get them on - the shoe itself seemed pretty nice and had the features of a hard sole and soft and high upper but the fit was so bad that I donated them as I couldn't even wear them (woman's size 9) Sizes need to be recalculated by the manufacturer as this seems to be a consistent problem but I thought I was safe being on the lower end of the stated size.

Too small, and a weird tag right under the foot.
I like the look and style of these, and they seem comfortable to wear. However, they are certainly smaller than the printed sizes. I almost always wear a 9.5 or occasionally a size 10. I ordered size Large (9.5-10.5) and these just barely fit. I will only be able to wear them with very thin socks, or barefoot.Additionally, the tags with care and materials information are located on the footbeds, right under the arch of your foot. I had to cut these out immediately, and time will tell if the remaining pieces of the tags still irritate my feet too much. If I hadn’t cut them out, these tags would be worthlesss, because they’re in a location where you can’t read them.
