These shoes are very cute and comfortable. However, they are not true to size. I read the warnings in previous reviews and decided that although I wear a size 7 I'd downsize to 6 1/2. As it turns out I should have gone down to a 6. Anyway I kept them in Black and ordered another pair in Cognac, size 6. They fit very well. I mainly use them to travel in and then switch to my pumps for the main event☺️. Buy one size smaller.

Comfortable, stays on foot, not stiff on back of heel
I have flat feet and have a difficult time with flats - most of the time I walk right out of them. These stay on my feet! They are quite comfortable, and perhaps best of all, the back of the shoe is soft so it didn't chew up the back of my heel the first few times I wore them. You know how most new flats are stiff in the back and by the end of the day your heel/top of ankle is killing or rubbed raw? Not in these shoes! I wore them a few times to make sure I was still happy with them before ordering a second pair in another color!

Great flats!
Gosh I just love these flats. The have a memory foam cushion sole, they are so comfy I wear them all day, everyday. I have both the black and grey pair. Great shoe, great price. I would pay more for the shoe...seller please don't raise the price because I said that! This is my go to work flat!!!!

needs better insole securing
I purchased these back in march, have worn them about 5 times in total, and the 3rd and 5th times i wore them, the insole, or padded liner that you rest your foot on in the left shoe, has moved as i walk. it rides up to the heel and i have to take my shoe off peel the bottom off and re-adjust it EVERY TIME.i was really happy with these shoes until that started happening. it's only on the left shoe that this happens. other than that they are very comfortable, and very nice looking.

Great shoe for the price!
I bought this shoe in Cognac, loved it from the first wearing and have since bought two more pair in black and navy. As others have said, these shoes are immediately comfortable, no need to break them in. I also listened to others who reported they ran slightly large. I usually wear a 7 - 7.5 wide so went with a 7 wide and the fit is perfect! These are flats so don't expect arch support. Very happy with my purchases.

TOO LARGE
These shoes are cute but VERY large for their size. I ordered my regular size (7M) but they were way too big, even after I put insoles and stick-on heel inserts inside. I ordered another pair in a size 6 1/2 but they were too large as well, again after adding insoles and heel inserts.
