I have to disagree with the negative reviews
I waited a full month before writing in case I noticed the issues many had encountered but so far I am pleased. I did not buy these for a child but for myself. Fitting into big kid sizes works well for me and is a nice cost-saver. So far my soles are intact (not coming apart from the boot). There are minor toe scuffs but no more than I would expect on any boot. I wear them every day. The zippers are functioning fine and make on and off super convenient.

I bought these shoes for my son and felt for the price they should be durable. The fabric did chip off within the first few weeks of wearing them. However, the seller did provide excellent customer service. Seems as if they genuinely care about their customers and their feedback. And fixed the problem immediately. I’ll change my rating from 1 star to 4 because of it.

Great boots for boys
These boots are well made and true to size. But sadly my son grew out of them before he was able to wear them very much. He really liked how they fit though. Very comfortable.

Fell apart at the seams!
Loved the look of these, but I only bought them a month ago for my son. They looked like work boots and the base came apart from the top in a month! The zipper also stopped working. Heavy to wear and maintain
I got these zipper boots for my son, and the quality is not that great and just average. The boots are heavy and would be difficult to maintain for kids. The waterproof quality is great to have. The zippers are ok, but overall I would say its just an average product.
