The back straps are very loose and stretched and fell all the way to the heel

Back straps came loose and stretched so bad by the the fourth time I wore them they would fall to the heel I called Stetson and they said they would not do any thing about or give me the four matching rivets so I could shorten the straps and repair them I offered to buy them and they said no the rest of the boot was good so far but because of the terrible customer service I will not buy Stetson agin after owning many pairs

Straps loose. Size is tight . Order1/2 size up. Kinda cheapish. Not worth 300 with about100dollars
