Very comfortable shoes, but you may need to size down!
I'm in love with these shoes, and I can't wait for warmer weather to be able to wear them regularly. I have flat feet, a wide toebox, and very narrow heels. It's hard to find shoes that feel great, so I generally stick to a couple of brands I know will be comfortable. Usually, when I attempt to branch out to other brands and styles, I end up returning them and reverting to the shoes I'm familiar with. But in this case, I feel like I've found a new favorite!WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THESE SHOES: I've read that, counterintuitively, "barefoot" style shoes can actually be better for flat feet than shoes with heavy-duty arch supports and padding because they can promote a more natural running gait and sort of "teach" your feet to support themselves. Over the years, I've tried various minimalist barefoot shoes, but none of them ever worked out for me. These shoes, on the other hand, feel amazing. Because of the wide toebox, I can wiggle my toes in them, making my feet feel unrestricted, while the adjustable elastic shoelaces allow me to tighten them enough to stay on my narrow heels without sliding up and down. The removable insoles provide just the right amount of cushioning for comfort without making me feel like I've lost touch with the ground, and they have little bumps that massage my feet as I walk.SIZE: My one caveat is that because of the wide toebox, you might need to size down. I normally wear a U.S. size 8-1/2 women's, so I ordered the 8.5 - 9 shoes, but the 7.5 - 8 might have fit better. There's a lot of extra length that is unnecessary for me since the toebox is already wide enough. Fortunately, I can tighten the laces sufficiently to keep my feet from sliding in them. But what to do about the extra shoelace length?YOU CAN TRIM THE LACES! After tightening the laces as much as I needed to, I found that there was way too much extra length left. Not satisfied just to wind the extra length through the loop on the shoe, I figured out how to actually trim them to size. The plastic locking device at the end of the shoe lace can be pried open with a very small flathead screwdriver. Once you get it open, you can slide the laces out, cut them with scissors, slide them back into the locking device, and snap it closed. See my video for a demo.

Great quality, comfort, and price
This is the second pair of barefoot shoes I got from this brand, and they didn’t disappoint. I like them a lot. The quality and craftsmanship are great. I got mine in color green, and I love it. It’s more of an army green than just regular green.I like the fact that they are designed to be worn not just on the beach but also on streets. They have a thicker and sturdier soles, nonslip, with excellent grip, which provide stability when walking on an uneven terrain. The tops are made out of breathable mesh material that has a bit of a stretch to it.These are a sock-type shoes with no real laces or zippers, but they slip on and off easily. They do have elastic laces that can be tightened up for a better fit. The shoes also feature a wide toe box, which makes these shoes so comfortable to wear and to walk in for prolonged time.I like the fact that the heel has padding, which makes the shoes even more comfortable. The insoles are not thick but provide a little bit of an arch support. They are also covered with little bumps that keep the bottoms of my feet from feeling like they’re stuck to the insoles.I normally wear US Size 8 shoes, but for some reason, these shoes don’t come in Size 8, which by the way is the most common women’s shoe size in the US. So I had to order these shoes in 7, hoping that they were going to fit. And they actually did, but I wish I went with Size 7.5, which would have been just perfect. With Size 7, the right shoe just feels a bit tight. Oddly, the left one feels just fine. So if you’d like to try these shoes, make sure you order the right size. It can be a bit tricky with this brand.Overall, I love these shoes. The quality and craftsmanship are great, and the price is also great at $30.

I really like these!
I really like these! Nice wide toe area and very grippy soles with deeper tread than expected. It's winter here in Colorado, with the grippy soles these have become my go-to for a quick trip to the mailbox when it's snowy or icy.Easy on and off. Very breathable. The removable padded footbeds are a welcome plus.Kind of a hybrid, ok for hiking smoother trails, trips to the beach, riding bikes etc. Certainly not sturdy or supportive enough for rocky or steep terrain, but the afore mentioned padded footbeds make these better for short hikes than a cheaper "water shoe".Not a true aqua shoe, there are no drain holes on bottom, but it's still ok (enough) for a pool, they will dry faster if you remove the padded footbed before going in the water. If needed for pool use only, then there are less expensive option which drain better and dry quicker, but again, these can also be used for more than just the pool. The soles do have a rubber tire odor, it's not strong, but it's there, thus the 4 stars on an otherwise 5 star review. It isn't noticeable in open spaces, but I think it might be a factor in something like a camper van, and definitely will be if packed in a gym bag or suitcase. If the rubber odor dissipates after airing for a couple weeks I'll come back and add a star.
