These shoes are both true to size and look like the images. Got these for my 5 year old and he has enjoyed them so far - they are comfortable for him and not too heavy. They seem to have a decent grip for him and flex easily with his stride.Decent price for what they are.Overall 4.7/5
So, first...these did fit as expected which is a big one when you are ordering shoes online. These are barefoot shoes so we didn't expect them to have an abundance of cushion. After a few days, however, my son was complaining that they were not comfortable...in particular due to lack of cushion. We've changed his shoes to a normal cushioned shoes and he's now good. I otherwise like these shoes and wanted my son to like them, but ultimately he was more comfortable in a standard sneaker.
I had other barefoot shoes (different brand) for my son and after watching him walk from behind, I feel like they are missing support on the sides and I can sometimes see his ankle rolling inward. These shoes feel more structured and I don’t believe I will have that issue with these. They are a tad bit bigger for him right now, but the size is on point, he will grow into these. I picked black so that they can go with anything. They are easy for him to put on himself, the Velcro straps are secure but he is able to get them on and off himself. The sole of the shoe looks well made and that it will hold up to his running around. Overall I really like this shoe and I would buy this in the next size up when IThe time comes. I just really like that wide toe box and you can see that it is wider than most shoes but looks stylish to.
I have started using these knitted shoes for school as we live in an extremely hot climate with a lot of humidity . I do change shoes out daily and never allow a child to wear the same shoes two days in a row. I raised quite a few children and none of them ever had foot fungus while in my home as I’m very cautious about healthy feet.These shoes may not work for you if you live in a snowy or cold climate. They also are not waterproof . I don’t normally get the wide width, but I did want to try these out because during the winter time we have a tendency to wear thicker socks here so I thought that might work nicely.These shoes feel like you’ve been wearing them for weeks when you put them on for the first time they’re extremely comfortable and children like them very much as the toe area is wider and comfortable. I like the fact that they have the Velcro top and keep the shoe on for play. I would be careful to not use these around rough surfaces like skateboarding though as they are not heavy soles. I ordered the black because we needed a pair of black tennis shoes. I would suggest that you put a waterproofing on them as it will help retain the look of the shoe much easier. I find that if you get some dirt or debris on it, you can just wipe it off with a wet washcloth rather than washing the entire shoe. I was concerned about the amount of very bright flecking in the soles of the shoes. It looks to be like recycled materials which tend to lower the price of shoes but these are not very inexpensive for a light weight knitted shoe. I really don’t like the crayon bright flecks in them. It’s not really noticeable on the website as they don’t highlight it or talk about it. The only video they show is of a solid white shoe and sole.
It's been a few weeks of usage by my toddler, and they are still durable. They don't even seem to get that dirty either compared to my daughter's other shoes. They have ample space for her toes to grow in the front because of how wide it is, and it's easy to put on with the velcro straps. After many use, the velcro straps don't curl or bend out of shape like most of her other ones have done. They've also kept her feet dry in small puddles. The color is nice and there's a good grip at the bottom. Overall a good shoe for the pricing even though it's not a name brand item.

The simple lacing system makes them quick to slip into, and my child didn’t have any trouble wearing them around the house or outside. The overall quality feels decent — not premium, but good enough for regular play.The main issue is the sizing. These run off from what the chart says, and you can feel it immediately. They’re either too roomy or not snug enough, which affects how well kids can run or play in them. If the sizing were accurate, these would be a much stronger option.Durability seems okay so far, though the knitted material means they’re more for everyday light use than hard outdoor wear.Overall, they offer good comfort and flexibility, but the incorrect sizing keeps this from being a top pick.
My son absolutely loves these shoes. He’s been wearing them straight out of the package for a couple weeks now so I was not able to get a brand new picture of them. Still though after weeks of rough hard play they are holding up and are in great shape. You can’t go wrong with the black color. They are perfect for school and nice enough to wear with chinos to go to church. The sole has a mix of different colors throughout the brown which adds some simple personality to them. They accommodate my son’s slightly wider foot and I appreciate the Velcro strap. It stays in place and doesn’t come undone. We ordered the 13 and they fit perfectly and true to size with a wide toe box as well. I would for sure buy these again! They checked all the boxes for comfort, quality, style, and affordability.
