PERFECT for my short, square, fat, little, hobbit feet.
I have short, square, fat, little, hobbit feet. These fitted. I did size up because I wanted the arch to be a bit more roomy. with a nice pair of socks these are perfect. Waterproof, warm (but not overly) and cushy. Zero drop is great, I do struggle with anything up around the ankle but am persevering with these on a loose fit around the ankle. There is plenty of length in the laces to achieve this. I have a pair of Hobibear leather walking shoes on my list and will be buying them next. Cannot recommend these enough.

Great shoe for the price
This is a great hybrid shoe for the barefoot user. It has the wide toe box and flat footing that it needs to have but also has just enough cushion to withstand versatile terrain.Since the sizing is different you may end up with a little extra room. I normally wear a size 10/10.5, depending on the brand, and their sizing chart recommended I get a size 11. It works for me.

A bit stiffer than their other barefoot shoes.
These were not quite what I was hoping for. But still five stars for value if nothing else. I have been a huge fan of hobibear barefoot shoes and have had several pairs over the last few years. I really just wanted a waterproof version of the shoes I have loved for years to hike in wetter weather in. They have the same fit but the ground feel and flexibility is much less than other barefoot shoes of theirs.

Surprisingly comfortable!
I normally use arch supports when wearing flat soled shoes such as Vans or Converse, but I haven’t needed them with these. I also don’t wear any other “barefoot” style shoes, so these are a first for me. I am honestly surprised at how comfortable these have been. These are sized “wide” which I also don’t normally wear, but I really like the roominess in the toe box. Some boots or shoes make your toes feel cramped or squished, but not these. My normal size is 11.5-12.5 depending on brand, and11.5 is a great fit in these boots. The soles are thinner than normal boots and more flexible. I don’t think I’d do any hiking in them or wear them on any super rough terrain, and the tread pattern supports this.I don’t remember if they were labeled as waterproof, but they are not.I’ve only had them a week, so I can’t comment on durability yet, but will return to update if any issues arise. As an affordable generic pair of shoes I’d feel comfortable recommending these.

Uncomfortable
After seeing the reviews I bought these shoes thinking they will good material is ok, although the insoles are terrible is like you’re walking barefoot, no support at all. I believe shoes are designed for people with wide and extra padding on their feet. But if you have skinny feet like me is like walking barefoot, insoles are not existing is like the stick a piece of cardboard literally. The ankle support is good and the material is warm but they extremely uncomfortable to be walking, specially like I said if you have skinny feet.
