They Win You Over With Comfort
I was prepared not to like these sneakers simply because they just looked different from most with their wide, boxy toe.And- I didn’t like them- until I tried them on. Everything changed thenThese shoes are incredibly comfortable - I’ve never owned a pair that give your toes so much room and doesn’t jam them in. The material is stretchy so the sneaker actually moves when your foot does- and it’s extremely lightweight. It almost feels like you’re not wearing a shoe.Theyre not, however, a running shoe or really even an exercise shoe. The sole feels like molded plastic, and they really don’t give you the support you need for a lot of activity. I did place a support insert in and it helped a great deal.They get 5 stars because they are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever owned- even if the look a bit funny….

Nice budget barefoot shoes
These are fairly comfortable and they are certainly wide enough.I love the brown soles and blue/green top.the barefoot part is less pronounced than my Merrels that you can see in some of the pictures. Those have a very thin strip connecting the front and back of the show, whereas these have a more traditional sole and a more traditional top with a standard tongue. The outcome is that these feel more like thin shoes than the true barefoot feeling of at the Merrels or five-fingers.

These are my fourth pair of Hobibear Barefoot Shoes. This pair is lightweight, has breathable fabric, several color options and ties with long shoe laces. The toe box has ample room and the wide fit is roomy. I wear a woman’s 11W so the 10W in Men's fits great.My feet swell and I have problems with balance so the barefoot shoe works best for me. This particular pair will stretch a bit when my foot swells. The barefoot sole allows me to feel the ground as I walk, helping me to retain my balance. The price is great too, I can get several pairs for what I would normally pay for one.

Comfy if you need wide toe space, but no arch support
My toes are painfully cramped in many shoes so I was looking forward to these shoes with a wide toe. These inexpensive shoes are okay for very casual use that doesn't require something sturdier. For someone on a budget who wants wide toe space, these shoes are a lightweight, casual option. The biggest negative I immediately noticed is there is no arch support at all. The material is thin like a mesh and very lightweight, somewhat stretchy, and flexible. They look pretty nice and, other than no arch support, they are very comfortable. I'm not crazy about the neon green cloth strip in back.
