Really good bang for your buck
Very comfortable barefoot style shoe. They have a very good wide toebox. There’s no arch support. They are thin soled enough you can feel the ground, but not so thin soled your feet are going to be hurting walking over roots and rocks and stuff in the woods/trails. A few minor negatives are the inserts are kind of thick, but pull them out and you’ll have a better barefoot feel (so just like a lot of other barefoot shoes). The pull tab on the back of the heel is also way too small I bought size 11 men’s and I can’t even get my pinky inside the loop it’s so small, not deal breaker and if it was a low top tennis shoe I wouldn’t care at all, but with boots it’s really annoying when putting them on. Also the padding around the top is a little thicker/stiffer than I’d like, but I have a feeling after a month of wear it’ll break in and be more flexible. Bang for the buck is excellent, and if get 8 or 9 months out of them they were worth the $45, seeing as I’ve yet to find any barefoot footwear that last more than 12-18 months with regular wear.

They're sizing is always off. But great shoes otherwise.
I love Hobibear shoes. They are really cool looking. But I wish the sizing was better. These are too small and another style I bought ran too big! Other than that, they are great shoes.

Great fit for those needing a wide toe box, great quality and look
Finally, some ankle boots that fit my short wide feet and look great too! First day I wore them for several hours and they were so comfortable! No discomfort or blisters like I'd usually get with new shoes. They looked so good with jeans, too. I've gotten "wide width" before but they still scrunched my toes...not these! Size is accurate...I usually wear a 6.5 women's but the size 7 Hobibears fit perfectly.

The wide toe box is great and the quality seems good but you must get a full size larger than you usually get. I am returning them because my toes are jammed up against the front of the shoe. Hopefully the larger size will work.

Bad design.
Even though they claim wide shoes, they still dont account for the height of your feets. And the width is still narrow.At least for me I would have to wear 2 sizes larger than what my feet are "specified" at.Feel like my feets are getting crushed.I dont care about style.Dont buy these if you have both wide and also thick feets.

Sizes run small
Great shoes. The sizing runs short. I wear a 7.5-8 and these size 8's dont allow for room. Im going to return for a size 9 to see if that works. I wish they had 1/2 sizes.
