Wide but flat
I really wanted to love these. I’m usually between a size 7 and 7.5, and I even measured my feet to ensure a 7 would work. While the length is technically okay if not a bit tight, the vertical space in the toe box is surprisingly tight. Even though they are wide, the material presses down on the top of my toes, which makes them uncomfortable for longterm wear. The hands free claim is also a bit of a stretch. To actually get my foot in comfortably, I have to keep the laces so loose that the shoe loses its structure. If you have to adjust the laces every time, they aren't truly slip ons. Also, be prepared for a learning curve the soles are so wide I felt like I was wobbling like a duck at first. I was hoping to wear these for a trip to London, but I’ll be leaving them behind for something more reliable and comfortable. Ultimately, I probably would not buy these again.

Super cute and work perfect for lifting at the gym
These shoes are an excellent option if you are looking for something that works well for lifting weights but can also transition easily to everyday wear. I purchased them specifically for gym use because I wanted a barefoot-style sole with solid traction, a wide toe box, and something that still looked cute enough to wear casually. These checked all of those boxes for me.The wide toe box allows my feet to splay naturally, which is especially important when lifting. There is no excessive padding, so I feel stable and grounded, and my form does not feel compromised the way it can with overly cushioned shoes. The traction is excellent, and I never feel like my feet are slipping, even during heavier lifts. One thing worth noting is that the suede upper does show dirt fairly easily, especially if you are wearing them in the gym. That said, it has not been a major issue for me and feels like a reasonable tradeoff for the look and comfort.Overall, these are a great barefoot-style shoe for lifting, walking, or daily wear, especially if you need a wide fit and value stability and grip.

Not true to size.
Pros:-Cute design—front of shoes shaped like a pair of Crocs-neutral color-roomy-seem to be well made-comfortable-lightweightCons:-shipping was very slow-TOO wide and made my feet clunky when walking in them-not true to size (off by about half a size)-not much arch supportI would not buy a pair of these.

Comfortable but just a little snug
I got these shoes because they were advertised as “hands free”. Since they’re not slides, I assumed that wasn’t a completely accurate definition, but these are in no way hands free. Once you’ve worn them a couple of times, they do slip on. I have several pairs of Hobibear shoes and while they are great shoes, these are on the less comfortable side. They don’t have much give due to the stiffer leather-like material, so they fit more snugly than my other ones. Because the back is so high up, they tend to pull my low cut socks down so I keep having to pull them back up and out of the shoe. The material does seem nice and sturdy and they are slip resistant. They won’t be my favorite pair, but they’ll do.

Great comfort and fit!
My wife really likes these wide toe shoes. She says they are really comfortable on her feet and super lightweight. They seem to be made really well and don’t scuff easily. They fit her perfectly and have really good arch support in them. She is able to walk around in these shoes all day without them hurting her. They have really good ankle support as well. Honestly she didn’t have any negative feedback with these shoes! The price is very reasonable. She is very pleased with this order!

Good for Pregnancy, But "Hands-Free" Is a Stretch
I got these HOBIBEAR sneakers specifically because I’m 8 months pregnant, and my feet and ankles are experiencing serious swelling. Finding shoes that are comfortable and easy to put on right now is a major struggle, and these shoes mostly deliver! The wide barefoot toebox gives my swollen feet and toes all the room they need without any painful squeezing. The zero-drop sole is flexible and feels great on my achy feet. They are, thankfully, very easy to take off, which is important when bending over is impossible. You can practically use your toes to push them off. But, you still need to use a finger or two to keep the heel cup from collapsing and guide your foot in. They are easy, but they are not a true hands-free slip-on.As with many specialty barefoot shoes, I do think the price is a bit high for a simple canvas-style sneaker. Aesthetically, they’re a little ugly but not horrible.
