These Hoka boots are light and very comfortable to wear. I am suffering from plantar fasciitis and Hoka shoes were listed as part of my therapy program. I have been wearing Hoka running shoes on and off for a few years but have been wearing them full time now to gain my proper form back. I tend to wear western boots a lot but they definitely don’t help with my condition. Great shoes! John from Mesa Az
It’s a good shoe but is not as nice and soft inside as a real Hoka tennis shoe
Bought these for my feet problems- the comfort and stability of these boots feel like their 125$ boots . Not satisfied with this brand
Very light and comfortable. Grips good while hiking even when muddy.
The shoe is falling apart after only a few months.
I bought a pair of Anacapas a few weeks before my hiking trip because I needed new shoes. They arrived with the lace hook on the upper boot detached. I thought it was a fluke. I contacted Hoka customer service, and was given the solution of purchasing a new pair and returning the old pair in order to receive the boots with enough time to break them in before my trip. I wasn't too happy about having to purchase a new pair and wait for my money for the old pair, but I accepted it because they paid for expedited shipping on the new pair.Flash forward to my vacation. About 30 miles in the lace hook comes off of the boot. I finish up the day and contact customer service. I told them what happened and asked for authorization to modify the boot to be able to lace it up. Their customer service claims that they do not have any communication whatsoever with returns / warranty to be able to provide this sort of authorization. They cannot put me in touch with a local distributor to swap out the shoes either. They aren't willing to provide any real solution for the second failure of brand new shoes. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
