I did not buy these shoes to work out. I bought them because I was experiencing pain in my feet after a short walk. These shoes are wonderful. So comfortable and no more pain when I take short walks. I am an elder woman and I walk on flat surfaces. At first I felt like I was wearing boats on my feet, but I quickly got used to them and I would highly recommend if you are interested in them.
I’m on my feet 12+hours a day. I’ve had plantar fasciitis surgery. These shoes are light! Plenty wide and so comfortable! I’ve b en searching for a hood shoe. This one came highly recommended and they were right!

I got nothing but pavement out here to run on (the desert itself has too many hidey holes for snakes and whatnot) and I was having issues with pain in my knees. These things have made it all SO much easier. Now it's just my muscles that feel the burn, not my poor joints taking impact! My first couple days using them they were a tad...stiff? But that went away quick and I never got foot pains anyway.
They were not as comfortable as I was expecting however I do like them.
I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and love the color. Definitely recommend them. True to size
