I’ve never purchased shoes that you have to assemble before! These track shoes do not come with the metal cleats attached. You have to screw them in. I chose these for my 15-year-old daughter who runs track. They are exceedingly slender. These would not work for someone with a wider foot. She wears an 8 1/2 and that is what I ordered and it fits her perfectly.
These are a lightweight and well-fitting track shoe. I've noticed a difference in the speed and performance with using these over my old track runners. The pattern is so stylish, and they are made really well. They perform better than my old name brand shoes and I will repurchase in upcoming seasons as needed.
