A tight fit. Consider ordering a size up.

Love the boots. I mainly bought these because I was curious on what owning a pair of riding boots would be like. This is my first pair so I did not have too much high expectations of them. For the price, the quality seems ok. I ordered a size 7.5, because according to the size chart, that is what is likely to fit me. As they arrived and I tried them on, they felt pretty tight on my legs. My toes are slightly pushing at the tip, and taking them off is a bit of a struggle. Maybe this is how they will feel when first wearing them and overtime I will get adjusted to them, but maybe consider ordering one size up if you want some room to breathe. Bare in mind I was wearing them without any socks or pants.

Don't Buy. You will have to pay to return when they inevitably don't fit.

DO NOT BUY!!! I bought these for my (size 2 in pants) slim 13 year old. The calves wouldn't even begin to zip. They are the size adequate for a toddler and I had to pay $21 to return them. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great pair of boots for the money

I use this pair of boots when I ride the trails up in the mountains and around the lake. I can get them filthy and just hose them off at the end of the ride and they look as good as new. I also wear them in lessons. For me, the fit was accurate. They felt a little too tall when I first tried them on, but when up in the saddle, the fit was great. I would buy them again.

Good Star Wars costume or regular boots. Calf isn’t gigantic.

I really needed the half size in these. But as someone looking for an actual riding boot without a huge calf, this was about as close as I could get. The boot was still wide for me while being too short - but I have very narrow feet. For a non leather boot they’re fine. The quality is fine. The zipper doesn’t feel great but it’s not bad either.I ended up paying slightly more for real leather ones in a half size. I’m not sure I’d use these as real riding boots, but I was looking for a Star Wars Sith costume and if you don’t have narrow feet they’re be fine for that.

Not terrible but not worth over 100 dollars

Now these boots are not worth over 100 dollars thats for sure, quality is almost decent maybe for a younger rider who is just beginning. If you have super wide calves it might fit you better just size down maybe half a size, but if gou are in between my review is for the in betweens. I wore them once and couldnt wait to get new boots and get what i pay for. They are low quality leather, no security of your calves and ankles in the boots very loose on the top, even for me i have pretty wide calves. They run super large and they come with some factory damage, so if you are looking for a cheap alternative i wouldnt steer here but if you must, size down half or whole size depending on if you are wide footed flat footed or just like secure boots. I got a size 8 and sized up to be safe and realized i have to wear not one but two pairs of winter fuzzy socks for them to at least feel slightly secure and even then they were way too ill fitting. Look elsewhere if you want good quality cheap boots.

Unexpected quality! 6+ starts

Very happy with these boots! I hate paying over $400 for a more popular brand of boots that break down just as fast as any other boot. I wear these boots every day ONLY for riding and not competition. I don’t get them wet and I don’t tromp all over the property. They are very comfortable and have held up well over time. I definitely won’t hesitate to purchase these again for an every day schooling boot. Even tho they do look nice enough for the show ring! Great for people starting out or on a budget!!!
