Great shoes! I am considering buying the white pair that went on sale, that's how much I love it! super comfortable for walking and easy to clean, I use them for the Gym as well, and in the rain and snow so far they have good grip, they are mesh in some areas so not waterproof however if you have to let them dry they dry quick.
They are nice but run small
Kept my feet dry and also somehow stayed clean. I found them to also be comfortable to wear. I’m a 7 with wide-ish feet and a 7 fit perfectly. The only downside is after walking in the rain in these, you squeak once you get inside really bad so make sure you use rugs when you first get into buildings!
I was intrigued by these Hunter shoes, so was delighted to receive a pair to review. Unfortunately they did not work out for me.The good: They are lightweight, have a good arch support, and look nice. They seem well-constructed and most people like them. I was surprised that they were slip-on, but it it was not a dealbreaker.Where they don't work for me:* Does not come in an 8.5 -- I ordered an 8, as my foot is narrow. I was concerned that a size 9 would be too wide.* Ridge under the ball of the foot - the first time I wore them was for a 30- to 45-minute walk. I noticed this ridge and thought I would get used to it. When I removed my shoes at the end of the walk I had red marks on the balls of both feet - irritation that would have become a blister had I walked further.* Sore leg muscles after wearing them due to the way the shoes are balanced and compensating for the ridge - it throws the balance of the shoe off.* Today I wore the shoes shopping -- my toes started going numb after a time.My hunch is that that if the shoes had been available in an 8.5, they may have worked better for me. But unfortunately I find them uncomfortable.
Love the platform. These are very comfortable and stylish. Can wear with baggy pants or cute shorts
Hunter is such an iconic brand for rain boots that I’ve always wanted a pair but couldn’t justify buying since I don’t live in a wet, rainy climate. An occasional rain didn’t justify rain boots but I could get away with rain shoes that look like sneakers. These actually do feel comfortable like tennis shoes. I’ve worn them while walking the dog and they feel great. I checked the size guide before ordering. I wear a size 7.5 US but I also know I prefer a size 38 EU so according to the size chart I ordered a size 7. The initial fit was a bit snug but the fabric upper loosened up and I adjusted the laces so now they fit perfectly. The upper is all one piece of fabric, no separate tongue. The toe area has an additional water barrier underneath to protect your toes from getting wet. The insole is removable if you want to add your own orthotic. Good thick soles for traction and puddles.I’m very happy with these shoes. I ordered the Light Natural color.
I had high hopes for these sneakers based on the brand and the photos online, but unfortunately, they were a huge letdown. The moment I put them on, I could tell they were uncomfortable—the fit is awkward, the sole feels stiff, and there’s barely any cushioning or support. Definitely not something I can wear for more than a few minutes without wanting to take them off.To make matters worse, they’re not cute in person. The design looks bulky and awkward, and the material just doesn’t give off the quality I expected from Hunter. They looked sleek and modern in the pictures, but in real life, they fall completely flat.Honestly, I regret purchasing these. Save your money and go for something that's actually wearable and looks good too. Not worth it.
