Fits as expected and have everything I need for winter jogs
Love these sneakers they are perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! I run on side walks and the road during the winter and wanted something with insulation, waterproof and spikes! These sneakers have all three! They are also the most comfortable sneakers I’ve warn and didn’t even need to break them in! I love not needing to tie my shoes! That was an added bonus! I walk/jog in 24 degrees so far with a med. weight sock and my feet have not gotten cold yet!

Great company, great idea
Icebugs offers high quality products and seems thoughtful about their environmental impact.The shoe runs small, especially in the toe box. I got a full size larger (I usually go1/2 size up in running shoes). I got these for running trails and roads in New England in winter. I think they’re better for icy trails. The mini spikes work really well but are a little annoying on roads that are not snow or ice covered, as you’d expect. I don’t love the cable system. It seems to loosen and let my heal slip.I’m glad I got these because I feel very safe on slippery areas but they are not everyday winter trainers.

Perfect for Icy Days!
I love the comfort as well as the grip these have. After knee surgery the last thing I needed was to sip and fall. The Ice Bugs fit the bill! Only wish the shoe bottom covers came with them or were much easier to find (still looking). You need to remove them for wood or vinyl floors if you don't have the covers. You can hear who's wearing them without covers!

Amazing!!
I love these! I wear a 7 and ordered a size seven. To test them I tried to slip on my driveway (the dog was slip sliding away in the same spot of 3 inches thick ice slab.) and I did not slip at all. The hold and traction is much better than the things that slip over your shoe for traction. (I have a few different styles of those.) I recommend the Ice Bug. The sneaker style is not a warm boot so not for long hikes but perfect for running errands and out walking the dog.
