Nice roomy, basic walking shoe that won't cost an arm and a leg.

Got these on a limited sale. 1st impressions, after swapping out the laces for easy on/off elastic ones.The soles do seem to be very supportive. Nice inner soles. Shoes are comfortable, tread on the soles is like a diamond tread for pavement not aggressive like for hiking. Most of the cost of these In my opinion is for the supportive soles which is not a bad thing, for me support is most important.The uppers are no frill man made materials and basic, aside from the green symbol on the side, no stylish embellishments. I have a feeling if you walked on dew covered grass, your socks will be soaked. Not sure how durable these will be. Not sure about these at $60 although very reasonable compared to brand name competition. On clearance its a much easier decision. I will update this review if anything else pops up.

COMFORT AND SUPPORT

I have alot of trouble finding a comfortable shoe due to issues with my right foot so when I ordered these, I was hopeful at best. When I put these shoes on, I was elated at how good my feet felt. I decided to just wear them in the house for the day just to make sure they were going to work and they absolutely have exceeded my expectations. I have paid far more for shoes that didn't feel half as comfortable. I have to have a wide toe box and arch support and these offer both. I ordered navy but plan to get a pair in black soon.
