Our most favorite shoe brand to date for our LO. You see we came to initially love them because they fit over her orthotics, however we have since just fallen in love in general with them. They are so comfortable to my LO as well as easy to put on. They come in so many fun patterns, looks, etc and welp some squeak!!!! Just so fun and hold up so well your VERY ACTIVE toddler!
I love these shoes! They're pricey, but worth the price for sure. My 2 year old wears SMO braces for stability, and these shoes are PERFECT! I finally found shoes I don't have to size up 1-2 times to get her braces to fit into. I ordered her actual shoe size and these fit beautifully! They seem comfortable, the Velcro works perfectly, the colors are super fun too!
I’ve never found shoes that fit my 1 year olds SMO braces, until now! They are cute and good quality. The braces fit perfectly and are easy to put on. 10/10! Highly recommend if your child wears SMO/AFO BRACES.
I bought these shoes for my toddler when he just started walking and required SMO ankle orthotics for a short period of time. These shoes are wide and super easy to put on with or without the SMOs. I tried a few other brands like Nike, Stride-rite and the zip-up brand Billy (from target), and these were by far the easiest to get on and off.Pros:- very easy to put on- Work well with SMO orthotics (I bought my son's usual size and there was more than enough room in the shoe as it was a wide fit)- not squeaky!- Cute design/patterns- Clean-up well (spot cleaning)- toddler enjoys wearing and has not complained about any discomfort- comes in smaller sizes than some other toddler shoe brands which makes it great for little ones with small feetCons:- only a few patterns to choose from in the non-squeaky options- the color/pattern from the rubber on the toe part of the shoe started to wear away with time. This did not impact the structural integrity of the shoe (i.e. there were no holes), but this made the shoe appear more worn out than it really was
These fit very well with SMOs. They are adorable and durable.
We loooove Ikiki shoes and only ever buy this brand for our kiddos who had to do a few months of physical therapy, and these were recommended by all of the staff there. The only "issue" we have with these is that they don’t squeak and that was almost a deal breaker for our twins 😂 the colors are great, the material lasts forever, they are true to size, and provide awesome support.
