Truly, a phenomenal improvement to my favorite gym show
The 235v3 is a great successor. I am coming in from a very broken-in V1.When trying on the shoe, you'll know it's great fit as it is true to size, durable construction, considerable cushion, and locked heel. You'll notice the laces are much higher quality and won't untie durings high mobility. They feel slightly more blocky but maybe that's because they aren't broken in yet. You'll also notice they are incredibly light and extremely flexible. When at the gym they are great for both heavy lifting and dynamic movements. Because of the heel lock, you'll feel extremely stable when squatting and deadlifting. They are light and flexible enough for mobility drills and have a decent amount of cushion. Most of the time a cushion reduces a power return, but not these. I found myself pushing slightly more weight with the 3mm heel to toe drop and increased stability.Usually the least important, the style is very conservative but nice. You'll notice Inov8 will release more colors as the popularity of the shoes grows. I'll continue to use these as my ONLY gym shoe for all workouts (I don't run) for years to come.

Excellent example of Inov-8's but they have their flaws.
My second pair of Inov-8s and they are just as comfortable and capable as my first pair.Coming out of a pair of f-light 185's that I've worn well past what should have been their lifespan, I have possibly been too critical of my next pair of shoes. I shopped out two of the newest versions of Reebock Nanos (8 & 9) and both were good, but not sure they weren't too big (clunky) in comparison. Jumped to a pair of nobull and sent them back after one wear because of sizing. I then struggled to find a pair of Inov8's to meet the challenge either. Albeit way too critical, I was looking for a pair of cross trainers that are lightweight that both feel like wearing air but offer support for dynamic HIIT workouts and heavy lifting sessions. Though not perfect, these 235 V3's do a fairly good job.The cons then -*The glue work around the sole is not perfect. Though not as much as some, these are not cheap shoes and there is a level of quality expected that a shoddy manufacturing job should not be a concern.*They are not to size. I actually bought a second pair after I tried them on thinking I was crazy. A half size up seemed to do the trick.*After two wears, one day around the house to break them in and a second for a back workout including traditional deadlifts and the writing on the inside is already peeling. This is very trivial I know, but quality should be better.Overall, I still give them a top rating, but only just. Though my negative comments are subjective, I continue to return to price vs quality from a good company. Inov-8, you are better than this. My wife too wears Inov-8's and loves hers also.

Great shoes; perfect replacment for pre 7.0 Nanos
Very very pleased with these shoes. As soon as I put these shoes on, I knew they were going to be great. They fit well and are very comfortable. I lifted in them on my first workout and they are very stable shoes. I have wide feet and they fit perfectly. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have no problems with fit or this weird mention of an arch bump. I had a pair of Inov-8 F-Lite 195s a few years ago, and I was not crazy about them. These however, I am crazy for and will order another set. I've been searching for shoes to replace my Nano 5.0s and these are perfect. Lightweight, low profile, minimalist, low drop and just enough cushion for short runs. Out of the box, I ran 1.5 miles and they felt great. I wouldn't recommend these for running anything longer than 2mi. Outside of that, they are one of the best pair of gym shoes I've owned. Better than my F-Lite 195s, Reebok Crossfit Speed TRs, New Balance Minimus 20V7, and Asics Weldon Xs. They are an extremely close comparison to the Crossfit Nano 5.0s (which were my favorite). Very very good gym shoes.

Good shoes for Table Tennis
I like them and they fit me perfect. I wish the tie material was different. It is a bit hard to tie and does not stay put because of the material. Plus the ties are bit shorter. Overall I am happy with them. Used already for more than 20 hours of table tennis and it does not badder my feet.

Most EXCELLENT! all purpose training shoe
These training shoe are phenomenal. I was looking at No Bull and remembered I had a pair of Inov-8 lifters I liked so checked them out and found the F-Lite's. More than I expected only seeing them online. Looks, feel, construction just awesome. Low profile, stable and glove like fit. Power lift, crossfit, met-cons and short to moderate runs, mile or less. Bought a blue & gray pair for training and have considered a 3rd just for casual wear. 😁
