Fit Well! and I Walk Better! Get the right Size!
This product fits my foot very well! Like a hard comfy sock! I work in a hospital and many hours up and down, caring for patients, lifting, running, crouching, all of the above.I walk better and my legs/ knees do not hurt like they use to. My ankles are also much stronger.I’m a size 8/8.5, men size 6.5.Detailed review below.Width and Arch:The width fits to my narrow foot. My arch is semi high, I use compression stockings to help, but I can feel the shoe supporting my arch as I walk. You can also see it as you walk, the arch is off the floor slightly as if you were barefoot. I would not recommend to people who have very high arches or arch problems.ToeBox and Heel:I am a climber and my toebox is now very wide even with a narrow foot. I have a good amount of room. My toes cannot spread 100% as if I was barefoot, but again I am a climber and my toes spread a lot now. It’s still VERY COMFY.The heel does lock in place. I have a narrow heel and nothing fits my heel, THESE DO. my heel never slides around!!!Sizing:I sized these off of my climbing shoes (38.5). First tried the 8.5 women’s but had room for my heel to slide. You will NOT want any extra room. It should fit like a glove or a sock. Your toes do not need a inch of extra room at the end. They also should not hit the edge. You’ll feel that perfect fit if they fit.I find that I walk better and lighter. In athletic shoes people end up slamming their heel down, you’ll know right away if you do that in these. There is NO soft padding on the bottom and no spring to help you walk.These teach you to walk correctly and better.

Seems to run small
I measured my foot, and it was just under 29cm heel to toe. According to the size chart, this would be a 10 U.K./11 U.S. To be conservative, I ordered a 10.5 U.K. However, it was quite tight (too short - width was fine). I was planning to order an 11 U.K. to replace, but the price went up $22 and Amazon didn't give an exchange option when I went to return.

Best "Barefoot" Shoe I've Tried
I've been a big fan of Inov-8 and owned dozens of their shoes since about 2008 when i started CrossFit and there weren't a lot of options for flat (zero drop) shoes available. Every pair i've owned fit consistently well and hold up significantly better than any of my Metcon/Nano/Minimus shoes doing the same movements. The only other minimalist shoes i've had good luck with from a durability standpoint are the various merrell "glove" offerings, but i typically like the look of the Inov-8's better.This particular pair is as minimalist as it gets for a completely enclosed shoe and I would recommend easing your way into it if you aren't accustomed to working out barefooted. I use these for things I would typically do barefoot but don't have the callouses for or the weather is a little too cold.They look great and the kettlebell camo is a nice touch. I wear them with black or gray casual pants and they equally good with both.If you're looking for some barefoot-like shoes to workout in or just wear around these are great. If you're considering giving Inov-8 a try and coming straight from the metcon/nano world I would go with something with a little more sole like the F-Lite 235.Happy searching!
