Excellent shoe that can take a beating!

I had these for a year full of high intensity workouts, boxing, kickboxing, weightlifting and a Spartan race. Coming into my 12th month I needed a replacement which considering the wear and tear I put these through (working out 4-6 times a week) was amazing. They are light weight and gave my the cushion needed to react and move quickly. I would recommend that you use other laces as the laces on these are very long and sometimes come undone which can be a hazard.Towards the end the support wore down and I lost a lot of stability in my bag kicks and lateral movements. I chose to try another shoe this year with a little more support however I would not hesitant to buy these again. I did have to size up from an 8 to and 8.5

Great support for HIIT

Out of the box these shoes were a little tighter than I prefer, but after the first HIIT workout, they fit perfectly! The laces are flat and don’t slide around, so it took me a while to adjust them, but in hind sight this is great because they didn’t move during the workout. They are very supportive in the heel and comfy at the ball of the foot, so for once I felt no pain jumping rope for several one minute sets. I got these because my old Inov-8 shoes (different style more for lifting) are about 6 years old now and just started breaking down. So I’m hoping these last me just as long!

Great shoes, a little slippery on wood floors

I am usually a 6.5-7. For this shoe, 7 was too small for me. I exchanged for a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I love this pair of shoes for my bootcamp classes at the gym. It is very light, breathable, plenty of room in the shoe box. I also like how thin the bottoms are, which makes balancing on one foot for unilateral movements much easier. The only con I find is that these shoes can be a little slippery. I expected them to have good traction but my toes slip a little when I am holding planks or doing burpees. (FYI, the group exercise room in my gym has wood floors)

I simply love these shoes

I simply love these shoes!! Aside from being great workout shoes they look great too. I was worried about the size as many commented to scale up but my size is 9 and their 9's are perfect. I do crossfit about 3-4 times a week so my shoes get lots of wear and these are really holding up. I love how they are so light I almost feel like I am barefoot. The rubber on the toe helps grip during warmups when are doing planks etc and also work well when we are getting our burpees in. This is probably my favorite work out shoe ever! I will be buying this brand again in the future.

I would stay away

I work out 4 - 5 days a week and typically do a HITT type of workout. These are definitely made from cheap material and not worth your money. First, I ordered my normal size being a 9 and they were WAY too small. I then returned and got a 9.5 and they seemed better but maybe too big. Overall they killed my feet. I really wanted to like them because they were so cute but in the end they were crap. It seemed like the support was going to be good but they had no support when squatting ... I literally had the worst pain afterwards. I never had any problems with my feet when wearing my Asics (unfortunately Asics discontinued that shoe).

Great for gym but that’s it

These were my 3rd pair of Innov shoes. I like my hiking pair! I also loved my minimalist pair until I found I needed more support. I loved these at first. They were supportive and comfortable for the gym (rowing, weights, general lifting). Then, I wore them for moving day and again on a long walk. Ouch. My feet hurt so bad after I wore these for my move. During and after the walk, I felt The shoe digging into the top of my feet. Overall, I really like them for the gym. Honestly, the tops of my feet still hurt 2weeks after the long walk so I haven’t tried wearing these shoes again. Needless to say, I no longer love these.

Way too wide in the forefoot

I returned the shoe because the forefoot was way too wide. I'm a standard size 8B women's. Length seemed a tad short, but I even checked Inov8 website to confirm this is not one of their wider shoes. It is a nice shoe up to the laces, but there is no way to adjust for thecomplete looseness and lack of support at the ball of my feet. This is the first time I have even tried on an Inov8 shoe. Next time will have to be in a store, based on the varying feedback on this brand of shoe fit. I really like the grey and purple color combo. It's nice.
