Love these shoes. Love the look of them! And they are great for squats, snatches, cleans, etc. I bring them to crossfit with me and put them on just for those lifts. You definitely don't want to wear these for every WOD though. The very flat foot is intended for more stationary movements. Cant recommend these enough.
Fit great. Many brands do not come in my size (womens 5.5)so I was very excited to get a perfect fit for half the price of other brands. Really help with all squat variations
It works great for Olympic lifting. I do wish I had gotten a half size smaller, got my normal 7 and should have gotten a 6.5, as these run a bit big but nothing a really thick pair of socks or two won't fix
I had never used lifters before and these arrived right before my latest strongman comp. In practice I was getting 1-2 axel clean and presses and with the lifters (and adrenaline) I PR'd with 6. YAZ QUEEN.
I will continue to by innov8 for all my OCR and lifting needs. High quality product.
I originally ordered a 9.5 women's . They felt huge, so returned and ordered a 9 which fit perfect. Depending on shoe I wear a 9-9.5
