Perfect hybrid shoe for interval strength training
This is my 3rd pair of Inov-8 trainers. The F-lite 260 has great heel support and stability while still being flexible and light. Decent toe box; not as wide as a Brooks runner but enough to be comfortable yet fitted (which I need for those quick movements). I find the drop to be great for squats and such too. I always swap the insoles in all my workout shoes with the Powerstep Endurance insoles so I can't speak to the insole that comes with the shoe. I'm usually a size 8 in regular shoes but size up to a 9 for trainers. Note, the heel still feels secure even with the larger size. Overall, I try other brands but I keep coming back to this one for my interval strength training. Highly recommend.

Great for CrossFit!
These are perfect for CrossFit, aside from heavy running days. They are comfortable and supportive without being bulky. Great for lifting. Very comparable to the Nano's. I am a size 8.5-9 in women's in all of my shoes. If I were to order another pair, I would go up a half size. Overall, these are awesome cross training shoes and perfect for daily CrossFit wear! They look just like the picture.

Definitely runs small
For anyone on the fence, like I was, about whether or not these run small, see the photo. Both are size 6s. I kept the one that is a true 6 (not these). Also, the heel cup was more pronounced than is comfortable for me. Where I'm poking with my finger is the side of the cup. I have flatter feet. I work really hard to keep them strong so that they don't yank my knees out of alignment. But, that means they push down on shoe soles more than someone with a high arch. I feel everything. This heel cup seems to be a trend lately. Most impact shoes seem to have it. They hurt me. So, if you have flattish feet, this may also be an issue for you.

Awesome Cross Training shoes
Purchased for daily cross training, CrossFit workout. These shoes definitely serve that purpose well. Nice solid base that is flexible enough to conduct lunges but sturdy enough for oly style lifting. Good for short distance running only (<1 mile). Prolonged walking or running hurts my high arch. Would definitely recommend changing into these shoes prior to working out and immediately after. Not great for all day wear, but excellent for the duration of cross training workouts. The shoe has a great wide toe box and pairs well with all workout apparel. The material is super easy to clean with a damp cloth. I purchased these a couple of months ago, and they have yet to show any signs of wear after 60 days. Will definitely purchase again if they ever need replaced!

Very comfortable shoe
I was looking for a new crossfit shoe that would be comfortable to lift and run in. These are probably the most comfortable crossfit shoe I've ever worn. I love these shoes and I will be buying again when I need another pair. Great quality!

a shoe shaped like your foot!
I have an average width, average arch. This shoe follows the natural shape of a foot- enough room in the toe box but not too much room in the heel. I have more than one pair- these are great running/hiking shoes.

Terrible Sole Adhesion
This is my sixth pair of these shoes and on the second time using them during Crossfit an entire chunk of the gum colored sole came off. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an older model and the adhesive has failed. Unfortunately, I have switched to the newer model, but I haven’t heard back from the seller on how to resolve my initial problem
