Great minimalist shoe for powerlifting

I’ve used Innov8 in the past as a crossfit shoe, and they lasted me a long time. As I got more seriously into power lifting and going through a few dozen No Bulls, I opted to go back to an ultra minimalist shoe for all my lifts. These grip the ground like a suction cup. I can feel the floor and can confidently apply pressure throughout my whole foot. Went with the wide when I usually wouldnt and I’m glad I did. Helped the expand the tie box into that of the perfect shoe.

Great Minimalist Option

This is my second pair - they're comfortable, grip well, and super light. I would recommend for runners that prefer the minimalist running shoe.

Good barefoot shoe for crossfit but poor quality

I have worked out in converse only (lifting, bodyweight movements, CrossFit workouts) for years. When my last pair of converse finally died I decided too look for a shoe intended for workouts but still wanted to feel the ground. While these shoes don't have a wide toe box that comes with most barefoot shoes, you can feel the ground and I love that. They have very good grip which I appreciate too.I am a size 9 but had to size up to 9.5.Overall, I am glad I found a shoe that works for what I need but I am disappointed in the quality. At this price I expected a well made shoe. Before I even tried them on there were pieces fraying. I have to double knot the laces or they come untied, and the materials used to make the shoe just feel cheap.

Awesome shoe IF insole stays put

Bought these for my fiance after having 2 pairs prior myself. They are awesome shoes. Not quite as minimalist as something like the Merrell Vapor gloves, but I prefer these because they hold up a lot better and still give you a bit of a minimalist feel. My fiance loves them EXCEPT the insole on her left shoe moves around like crazy while walking and ends up with her toes having no insole about 15-20min into the walk. Her right insole has no issues at all.If the insole stayed put it would easily get 5/5

Sadly, this is very poorly constructed

For this level of shoe (and I mean what should be better quality, and is high price), I was very disappointed. I put the shoes on, and they felt different, per foot. I didn't notice, til I walked a block, or so, and my left toes were in pain. The pad inside of shoe had been put in wrong. The seams (of shoes) at toes caused a lot of pain because of this. So, i sent them back. (I hope my refund was made permanent, as this was no good.) I'm unhappy with it and with the fact that I had to walk quite a ways to the UPS store to return the item.
