Great, comfortable shoes for cross-training
I had Inov8 Lite 245 before and was hoping to buy them again because I loved them so much, but it looks like they have discontinued somecolors and my size was not available in others. So somewhat annoyed I decided to give these shoes a try after reading multiple positive reviews. And I just love them. I didn’t need to break into them, they fit like a glove, no blisters or red spots around my heels or elsewhere which I honestly always expect and they have a wider fit which is what I’m looking for. Not quite barefoot shoes, but pretty wide and the sole is quite flexible and doesn’t restrain your foot much. They’re great for all sorts of functional movements and I’m honestly in love with them despite the initial resistance to change the model.

The best shoes hands down!
The color of these shoes is a subtle green and they are so comfortable and lightweight! They barely weigh anything and the quality Is top notch! They fit perfectly with an amazing sole that has your feet feeling really good while moving around in them. Highly recommended! Worth the extra money. They fit true to size and are not bulky at the front where your toes sit either. Love these!!!

I really like the stability and grip of this shoe. Doing wall walks for the first time, this shoe grabbed the wall and helped me to stay on the wall as much as my arms would allow. Also, great stabilization base for various lifts. I have a wide foot and a high instep and this shoe fit to size. Like other reviews state, I initially thought I should have gone a half size up (which I never need), but once opened up all the laces down the the toe box and then adjusted for my foot, the shoe was perfect. Would definitely buy again.

Not for me
My feet sweat a lot in these and they’re not very comfortable for me. They’re very sturdy and just one material really. So great for working out and such but I need more comfortable shoes personally. My feet hurt and they round up and are just uncomfortable for me. They’re the correct size. I think it’s a personal preference when it comes to these type of shoes.

A fit for every foot!
Bought this shoe in the 8.5 wide. Absolutely perfect fit for me! My foot is wide in the midfoot as I have fallen arches. I've struggled with fit and support with crossfit shoes and found that the women's metcon wide was not at all fit for wide midfoot but solely wide toebox which caused my feet to loose circulation during workouts. I could not be happier and my feet could not be happier in these shoes! Thank you Inov-8 for making a quality, tough but comfortable shoe for those of us with this issue! Running, lifting and rope climbs all feel great with these shoes! I'll definitely be purchasing more from this company in the future!

LOVE these!!!
These shoes are PERFECT for my weight lifting! They have flat soles with plenty of toe room for those with wide feet. I’ve always struggled to find shoes that don’t give me cramps but these are next level! I would honestly wear them everyday (I don’t want to wear them out too quickly though)!
