Lightweight, supportive, and great training shoe!

The Inov-8 F-Lite women’s shoes are incredibly lightweight yet still supportive. They fit comfortably right out of the box with no break-in time, and the grip is excellent for quick movements. I love how stable they feel during workouts while still being flexible enough for everyday wear. Great quality, breathable, and very durable so far. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a solid training or court shoe.

Very comfortable for HIIT especially for wider feet and high foot arches

I use these for my Jazzercise workout and the shoe is very comfortable. Here's why:1. Gives arch support for high foot arches.2. The front part of the shoe is comfortable unlike many shoes where it is narrow. Which gives toes and the instep space to be in their natural configuration.3. There is good support for small jumps, quick sideways and forward movements, and my foot doesn't hurt afterwards.Where shoe may need a bit of improvement is in the very front part at the tip. That can use more padding (my Jazzercise workout sometimes makes you tap toes to the ground and this area can have more padding).I have been using for little over a year, and these are the best shoes I have had for my workouts. If you have somewhat wider feet and high arches, these are the shoes for you.

Wearing for CrossFit Since 2015 Reliable Consistent Shoes

Inov-8 Women’s F-Lite G Cross Training Shoes in Blue/GumThis is my fourth pair of Inov-8 F-Lite. I’ve been wearing Inov-8’s since 2015 for CrossFit. These shoes are all around great for cross training workouts. I don’t like a lot of gear in the gym. I use these shoes for lifting, running, jump rope, all the CrossFit workouts. These shoes are low profile with a roomy toe box yet still grip the heel well. I only wear these shoes during my workouts so they last a while for me. I’ve tried other well known cross training shoes and found them to be too narrow at the forefoot or uncomfortable in general. I still have the previous 3 pairs of inov-8 and wear them around casually. These shoes really hold up well. By far my favorite shoe. I wore these new ones straight out of the box to a workout. No need to break them in.

Good toe room!

Granted, I've only had these on a few minutes, but I'm happily stunned that the heels hug, yet there's plentiful space for my grumpy, antisocial toes. I hope these are good for plain old walking. The reviews seem to be mostly from the gym set, and i don't qualify. We'll see.Update: Sigh. I just sat in a chair for a while with these on. Noticed i was fidgeting - these shoes have a decorative side, and where that joins with the front mesh part of the shoe makes a bump that's right on TOP of my bunion. I have to return these, and i really wanted them! Great color, perfect price - great for someone without bunions.Oh - the 10.5 and the 11 have very little difference in length, but the 11 is ever so slightly wider at the toe.

Good quality

Comfortable and lightweight. Had to use my own arch support because what they had was not supportive enough. Runs small

A true training shoe

I've tried 4 or 5 of the top training shoes only to be disappointed because (1) they're actually more of a running shoe or (2) they're uncomfortable and don't fit well. It was love at first try-on with these Inov-8s. I feel my heels planted firmly for squats and lunges (nice heel cup), my balance is better because of the stability they provide and the sole provides great support for my toes during planks and lunges. They're fine for a bit of cardio but they are a low drop (maybe 0 drop?) shoe so they're not meant for long bouts of running, jacks, etc. unless you want to throw in an arch support. I actually love the attached tongue (I use a shoe horn and my feet slip in effortlessly) and the fat laces are kinda fun. I wear a 10 in street shoes but have found myself buying 10.5 in workout footwear. These are a great fit at 10.5. The choice of colors is awesome, too. I went with the grey because I got a super price but i'll buy another pair or two in other colors eventually.

Good for casual wear, not a good design for fitness

First, the fit is great. I’m a 9.5 in everything else and this shoe is no different. They are incredibly comfortable and are probably a great day to day shoe, however, for me, they are not a great shoe to workout in. In shuttle runs and GHDs, the heel of my foot has completely come out of the shoe, sideways. I believe it’s partly because there are not enough lace holes to get the laces higher up on the top of my foot, but still. The sides (just below each side of the ankle) have very little support so a quick turn, like at the end of a shuttle sprint, is all it took for me to slide out of them, even fully laced and tied. Definitely won’t wear for rope climbs. Looking into exchanging for a different type bc while they’re nice for everyday wear, these aren’t what I was hoping they’d be.
