Did a lot of research on cross training/workout/everyday shoes. Found these. Originally bought them to size but it ran a half size too small. Hands down the best shoe I’ve ever had! Fits like a glove, comfortable as hell! I highly recommend this shoe!
This is the second pair of these shoes just a different color. The fit is great. I have long narrow feet and these are perfect for stability during my intense workouts. They are light and flexibility for active workouts and are good for running. I do perfer the wide toe box and zero drop these offer. They are very comfortable and break in quick. I went a half size big.
These held up pretty well starting to break down in the heel after year of daily use. Tongue is short way short and so are the laces I actually relaced them to give more midfoot volume. I recently had the opportunity to try both the f-fly and the F-Lite. I would say these are closer to the f-fly just because the F-Lite is a bit more structured in the heel.
I sized up half a size but its still short length wise AND has a very narrow toe box. Narrow toe box depsite it being allegedly wide as a brand. but it is as narrow as adidas if not more. Would not buy Inov brand again. bad value for money. useless as an actual trainer/gym shoe. Also the bottom inside insole is garbage, not much different than a chuck taylor, just a cheap bit of foam. garbage shoe. do not buy. inferior to nike adidas etc in eveyr way.
The size and fit are perfect! Great arch fill, strong heel counter, and the toe box is very comfortable. The soles are well built and provide excellent grip on indoor and outdoor surfaces.
Item that I received was not new and already previously worn.
I use the shoe for running and also day to day walking (not the same pair since no one likes my muddy shoes!) - they are comfortable, easy to wear and just perfect for me.
