Fantastic. I had the Nike Olympic lifting shoes and they weren't comfortable and I couldn't spread my toes out to stabilize my feet when squatting. These worked great and they feel so natural I just wear them from home and back. Totally recommend
I ordered these to assist me in my squats, and they particularly work well with my front squats. Fit and support are excellent. However, I did have to go up a half-size to get the correct fit.
Quality shoe feels good. I suggest going up a FULL size up. I wish the shoe was available in my size.
Overall I thought the shoe performed well in that it appeared to place me in a better position when squatting. It appeared that I could squat a little bit lower with correct form. I've only used the shoe two times yet liked the results so far. The shoe looks good in black and fits well.
I wore these one time. Did four sets of squats. Tore my achilles. I'm sure these shoes are good for someone. But they injured me. If you've been through something like this you know how demoralizing it is. I bought fancy expensive shoes to do squats better and now it will be a 6-12 months before I can lift again. All my progress is gone all because I wanted to get fancy shoes. Just for reference, I'm 5'8 160lbs
Great shoe for someone with a wide forefoot.
I have had several pairs of squat lifters since starting powerlifting 8 years ago, and these are by fair the very best!
