Great fit and feel, questionable quality

These shoes from Inov8 feel great on foot and fit pretty well, they do run small as mentioned by others. I am normally a 9 wide to 9.5 in most shoes but these in a 9.5 wide did not fit, they were just barely too short around the curve of the small toes. The 10 wide fit much better and had some toe room to spare. They are lightweight feeling on foot and feel pretty low to the ground. The arch support is definitely more pronounced so that is something to keep in mind if you have flatter arches. The heel of shoe also tapers in tightly compared to most shoes. The shoe also has a pretty aggressive toe spring which some may not like. As far as grip and durability, that is where I will have to deduct stars. This may have just been a defect on my pair but after only two uses inside the gym the outsole material of the shoe started to peel off in little chunks. As such I ended up returning them as this makes me concerned for the overall longevity of this shoe. One note regarding quality control, the first pair I ordered came with two different sized insoles in each shoe. Taking them out to compare, one insole was shorter and was marked as such so make sure to double check both insoles when buying these. Overall this is a solid shoe but just be wary of the quality control issues and possible short lifespan of the outsole.

Great shoes!

I love these shoes! The first time I tried them on they felt very stiff and hard, as I am used to wearing cushioned HOKAs. However, I wanted shoes that were flat for strength training and plyometrics, and these are the perfect fit! I can balance much better when doing single legged exercises and side to side movements. I like how wide the toe box is, as I always have to purchase wide shoes.

Will not disappoint INOV8 F-lite Highly Recommend!

Was trying to find a sneaker that was light yet durable for CrossFit style workouts. I was unsure of the larger squared off toe box since I normally lean to a traditional sneaker style like Asics. This sneaker exceeded my expectations. Very light but very durable. I never knew the comfort I was missing with a larger toe box. I do wear them as walk around sneakers and had 2 people ask me what brand they were just on looks. I highly recommend INOV8 brand and especially the F-lite series.
