What's Up with the Sizing?!
I have been struggling to find a waterproof hiker that has cushioning and toe room. For some reason, this is a really hard combo to find. I thought I had found it in these boots and was really excited, but the US sizing of these boots is completely off. I tried my normal shoe size (literally the size of every shoe/boot I own) and a 1/2 size up and they are both way off in length. The two sizes don't even seem to be different. There is plenty of cushioning and a nice, wide toe box, but my toes are smashed against the toe of the shoes. If it wasn't for the weird sizing, these would be great!

I haven't really decided it I like the new fluffier cushioning. It really pulls you off the ground and makes it more difficult for proprioception which is essential when hiking. Maybe I'll grow to like it.Overall Inov-8 is an amazing company and their shoes are second to none!

Excellent boots
I got these boots for a lightweight, waterproof shoe to wear for my work in public lands. They are very comfortable and the waterproofing works great. They took a few wears to break in, but now they give me no pain at all even after walking in them all day.
