These boots are the most comfortable hunting boot! And they keep my feet very warm but not sweaty. I usually wear a 10.5 but the 11 fit perfectly! The 10.5 was a little too tight. Excellent boot and very sturdy. I think it will outlast me! :)
Really well made water resisant boots.for outdoors in bad cold weather. Built to last and resoleable. I needed them extra wide( 4E+) they didn't have my size as an option. Will look else where.
The hook and loop is what I want for convenient sock changes but my laces pop off almost every time I wear them. I actually love the comfort, warmth, and protection so I didn't return them and I keep trying different lacing techniques but no solution so far.
I went hunting in 12-16 inch snow for 4 days in these. They for the most part Kept the water out and we're warm as long as I was moving. The top of the boot is a bit stiff but I guess that's not all that bad. I hope they keep up the performance for seasons to come.
We got these boots for my husband who goes fishing. He has a regular width foot. We ordered a wide so he would be able to wear multiple layers of socks. It's a good thing we did because regular width would have been too narrow for regular socks. The wide will be wide enough for a pair of thick socks, but not for multiple pair. I will update the review once he actually wears them for an extended period of time, sometime around March or April. But I wanted to go ahead and let everyone know that the width deserves some serious consideration. I had read that on a few reviews, and it seems that the normal width is slightly more narrow than most shoes.
I think this boot is made to last a lifetime for real,... maybe 15 years after heavy use
