These are sooooooo comfortable
My shoe size is a 6.5 M. I ordered the medium (fits sizes 6.5 to 7.5). I honestly don't see how someone with a 7.5 could fit in these, but they are perfect for a size 6.5. My toes have about/or less than a 1/2 inch space at the top. These are extremely comfortable. I like the hard out sole and the memory foam insole. I purchased these to wear while traveling (plane/hotel/visiting friends & family). I always like to have something on my feet other than socks. I previously ordered the Dearfoams ballerina slipper, but returned those because these were much better quality and also didn't have a silly bow at the top. The charcoal gray is a beautiful color, one I haven't seen. Typically, on these types of slippers, they come in black and beige so this was a nice change in color. :)

size runs very large
I ordered the 8-9 size because other comments I saw said the house shoes run small, when they arrived, I looked like a clown with the 8-9 size on my feet. But I returned them the next day and reordered the 6.5-7.5. They fit great. The memory foam feels wonderful, you feel like you are walking on air. They do not fit like the satiny ballerina slippers we used to take with us and wear when we were at wedding or events where you were standing a long time and your feet began to hurt: those had a suede sole; these memory foam house shoes have a good rubber sole, you could definitely wear them out to the mail box without getting your feet wet. As I just got them I have no idea how they will stand up to machine washing. If it becomes a problem I will let you know. But I ordered these to take on my trip to the Holy Land leaving in March. I will definitely let you know how they enjoyed the trip! Shalom! :-)

Falling apart after a few months
*It is now December and as you can see from the second picture, my beloved slippers are now falling apart, just as my fellow reviewers tried to warn me they would. I should note that, I purchased these slippers in April and gave them the summer off in favor of flip flops for at least 3 months (July - Sept) so we’re talking maybe the equivalent of 4 months of wear. They should not be completely falling apart from just walking around my home (mostly sitting at my computer) every day. I’ll admit I am tempted to buy another pair because I find them quite comfy...but if I’m going to spend over forty bucks in 7 months on slippers, shouldn’t I just invest in a solid pair that might actually last me a couple of years?**old review:These are just what I needed for my new normal of working from home during the quarantine. These slippers offer more structure than the basic ballet slippers and more cushion on the sole. They fit the bill for wearing all day long...allowing me to feel dressed - not like I’m in my pajamas- but much more comfy than wearing shoes in the house all day. The sole allows me to step out to the mailbox or the backyard. The only thing I would say is that they pretty much just fit and I could feel the edges of the soles. I usually wear an 8.5 M - so if you are a size 9 or have a wide foot, size L might be too small for you. After wearing almost daily for two weeks, I’m less aware of feeling the edges and feel like they’ve broken in a bit. Super comfy and cushiony.

You could live in this slipper....really
Because this slipper looks like a ballet flat, it's hard to restrict them to just PJ time. The slipper sole is sturdy and has a grip suitable to wear outdoors without being so rugged that it catches on carpet. They look great with leggings. If you're entertaining at home, they easily take the place of having to wear shoes. They fit true to size, don't slip off your feet and have a comfortable rounded toe area. The material doesn't fade and they don't shrink even though I've washed them several times. I do use cold water though and don't put them in the dryer. My first pair I tortured for about 3-years until they just gave up, though they did bravely try to hold their little stitches together. This second pair gets a lot of use, but now I have an alternate, so they get a break LOL. I recommend this product.

These are the most comfortable slippers I've ever bought. I don't like to wear shoes because they never fit right and always hurt my feet. I work for myself so I usually just wear slippers or slipper socks around the office. I've been wearing these slippers all day at work for the past few weeks. My feet don't hurt.
