Didn't work for me but everyone is different!

I loved almost everything about these slippers: as pictured, nice "suede" material, pretty color, super soft on the inside and had what seemed to be a good solid sole. I read almost every review and concluded that most said "runs small" and a few "runs large". I'm a 5 1/2 so ordered a small (5-6). Left one fit like a comfortable glove but the right one slipped up and down in the heel - finally walking out of it. It looked like it had been stretched out, seemed wider. Been a 5 1/2 all my adult life and yes both of my feet are similar and fit comfortable in all of my other shoes! Even washed them to see if the right fit better (which by the way washed and dried great) but no. I thought maybe these had been previously worn and returned but they came affixed with all the isotoner product material. Maybe they were a fluke, but returned without reordering.

Too small..

I had such high hopes for these slippers! They are soft and seem to be comfortable! According to the size chart, since I'm a size 12 and women's, the XXL size should have fit since it was for size 11 and 12 in women's. However, this was not the case. They are way too small! I even took into account that sometimes fluffy slippers and shoes like these are tight at first until the fluff wears down to keep them tight on your feet but these are way too small to even keep on because they hurt my feet! Other than not being correct to the size chart, I feel they come as described, and I would recommend them as long as you know that you need to size up one or two sizes for them to fit properly. I know it's at least one size I would need to size up, but it feels more like I would need to and since size 12 is the largest they supposedly make to fit and they are too small, there is no sizing up for me unfortunately. They seem soft and it's a nice pale pink color with white stuffing as I like to call it. As long as you can size up and you know what you're getting then you shouldn't have a problem using this product.
